The police arrived on scene to a Bulgarian couple, and a 12 year old girl carrying an axe and knife was arrested!!!

Nowhere i can see.

Did they come out the next day, no!

Uniformed Police attended a call from the man or another member of the public and jailed the little ned.

If it's any consolation, they probably just took her home, because you can't interview a child or charge them without a appropriate adult being present.

They have similar programs like that in the court systems of the US a so called "teen court" if you will where they have to plead guilty in order to attend but the jury are fellow teen offenders of teen court etc its kind of silly and usually involves "petty crimes" I would scold them but I wouldnt convict them. Maybe I would send her to therapy thats about it. I think she needs lessons in civility and its possible she may have trouble at home maybe social work should be a thing

I think you are calling it rather clearly.

And nobody wishes to see real charges for racially aggravated assault with two offensive weapons applied to a 12-year-old.

As that's the kind of thing that can follow you all the way throughout life.

Get her the help she needs, and educate her would be my thinking on the matter also.
