Which still has nothing to do with a grown man you claimed for evidence followed and filmed young underage girls being told no by the girls still posts the video online with no effort to provided it as evidence for an investigation first. But every effort as a spectacle.  Where if the girls carried a hatchet for self defense still would technical be charge if they were actually attacked, so it’s not any evidence of the guy filming being found innocent of anything.  For whatever reason, he wasn’t charged for anything. Where he is still a creep. But I guess you labeling the girls Ned’s makes it all good for you.

If the guy was following teenage girls and filming them because he wanted “evidence”, how does the video end up online and not submitted to the law with proper chain of custody.  At best you have a guy following teenage girls to video them to put on YouTube.  With no effort to give the cops the video as a witness.  Where you have no evidence the guy had any intention to call the police.  Where it was reported after the video was online.  Or the video would be part of an investigation, not posted online as a spectacle.  Are cops allowed to put videos on YouTube involving underage offenders.  Do you have proof otherwise. And who actually reported it to the police, when and why?  You make vague assurances to statements with no facts other than it was reported.  

Man.  And some of you keep labeling the young girls Ned’s.  Talk about character assassination.  I’m sure a lot of false allegations were made about UK gentleman.  But I wonder how many charwomen were ignored in their plight because they were third class and he was a gentleman.  From the wrong side of the tracks some assholes in the US would say to minimize a person.  Seems the class system in the UK still survives.  The guy filmed and posted the incident without checking with the law and giving the video to the law first? Like he was a gentleman of old needing to protect the narrative, with no desire of justice.  Oh, he’s a family man.  Where the girls are being labeled Ned’s by a few of you.  Where you think is explains everting while ignoring everything about the girls individually.

You seem to be making a ton of assumptions about what went on!?!?! With no evidence to back up any of your claims.

The best evidence so far is from the police, who stated that a couple were threatened by a group of youths and a teenage girl was arrested.  The only reason to carry weapons like those shown is for criminal activity, nothing else. You can't seem to get past that??
She appears to be acting like a 'chav' or as some have said 'Ned', that's pretty obvious from the video but I myself haven't stated that in previous posts. 

From being in a position of having to defend myself over my 50ish' years, my opinion of the situation and it's only just opinion (which I've not posted as the video doesn't show that much actual 'evidence')....

From the beginning of the video, the girl can be seen walking away hiding the offensive weapons, and some comments can be heard like "go on then show them again" or something like that. The girl then turns round and threatens the person recording. If I had to guess, I would say the gang of teens had maybe tried to scare the young Bulgarian couple or threatened them? The police recommend filming any kind of racial 'attack' as evidence if you can.
From the way the Police statement is written, either the couple or a member of the public who witnessed it called the police, and the teen was still on the scene with illegal weapons, so was arrested.

Here in the UK at the moment, we do seem to have occasional problems with 'angry' teens carrying weapons, and either wounding each other or members of the public. Most countries through time have had similar issues with youths. But at this very moment some far right racists seem to be trying to stoke fires over immigration issues here, as the 'illegal boats' crossing from France make the headlines regularly, and so being 'brownish' makes for an easy target, even if they were born here or here legally.
