Well if we can believe in Richard Dolan's take on it over his last 30 years of research then the human powers that be must keep our overlords happy and keep the status quo in place. We are saying that stuff because we are waiting to be told what "it" is and we have bundled so many different kinds of phenomena together that the government themselves doesn't even know what "it" is any more.

So now we get random bullshit thrown at us until something sticks and they get to say "that's it!"

While I may be experiencing whistleblower fatigue and we are going down a dead end with military personnel, I think I will look for whistleblowers from those companies that may be reverse engineering advanced alien technology or just advanced weaponry technology by humans. I didn't want to start a whole threat on this because my initial search for non-military whistleblowers wasn't fruitful.

Whatever kind of body was hanging from that UFO, when it was shaded by the UFO from the Sun, it became black, and when it was hit by the Sun it became white. That is not an indication of a human body hanging from a paraglider.
