Does she mean this kind of Dow ?

Could it be that once you get deep into the dark side, the influence from things like the Grenada treaty and Dulce base has matured into a more sinister plan of alien invasion as their numbers grow? Could this be why Texas airspace is currently restricted while some underground sweeping goes on? Could it be a battle of galactic scale? How America handles these storms will set the tone for the world.
