If they are photos then the tech is out there to blur and pixelate everything other than background, making sure not to reveal anything in the details they do show. By presenting a full black page without any explanation just leads to people making assumptions.

Okay.   True.    I was just wondering how much of it was victim related.
That's a whole lotta' blacked out pages and Epsteins empire was huge
and long lived.    But you are right ... they could black out the faces 
of the victims and leave the rest.   That way it wouldn't be just black
pages that lead to suspicion.
