It's ambiguous because to orchestrate X usually means that X is some kind of act you've done by coördinating as a group. So I wasn't sure if you meant that COVID itself is an act (a hoax) cooked up by democrats, or just that they used it (a real pandemic) for their political benefit. I suppose it's the latter, then.

But isn't encouraging mail-in voting a very sensible thing to do in the face of a global pandemic?

It's just not possible for Biden to be 11 million votes more popular than Harris, so something shady must be going on. I'm assuming you made a mistake and this is not what you meant to say? No it isn't because people still have to go outside for everything else right? What makes going to vote so utterly dangerous above anything else?? Plus, they never could prove the signatures on the mail ballots were even genuine, and the verification settings were never nationally standardized, and they couldn't prove the ballots themselves were actually genuine and not counterfeit. Watch and see how all this gets proven right when they decide to release the facts.
