When the Liberals turn the other cheek and apologize for what they have done the last 10 years, we just might forgive them.

But it's going to take a lot of groveling on their part for that to happen.

Exactly, LOL beyond groveling how about just acknowledging they went a tad bit overboard. Just a little contrition...instead

Yeah they were assholes during Covid but they really were not any bigger assholes then, than at any other point since Trump pissed on them in 2016.
It's been basically the same the entire time.

It’s part of it.

Between insider trading and sweet heart deals both sides definitely engage in that.

I’m sure both think they’re “not as bad”.

I think where I'm coming from was that before COVID, the Democrats' assholiness wasn't on display daily.

I mean, isolating the elderly to die alone in their retirement homes?

When was that particular assholiness part of our daily routine?

Quote:In the U.S., over 200,000 long-term care facility residents and staff died from COVID-19 by January 2022, with elderly residents making up the majority. Approximately 31% of U.S. COVID-19 deaths were linked to long-term care facilities, despite these facilities housing only a small fraction of the population

I get it but they've been on overall constant meltdown status since Trump beat Hillary.

IMO, they really fucked themselves by cheating Biden into office using Covid as a scam in 2020, they would have been done with Trump at this point after his 2 terms.

Most definitely

Thats one of my core political beliefs, the left made Trump, from about late 2015 on, when they got scared he might have a chance. After the stunning election victory, it became by any means necessary, led to one hit piece after another, and then the sham impeachment based on Vindman's testimony.

Then they orchestrated and played up COVID, used the useless social distancing and masking other COVID fears to install the mail-in voting in certain key states and bippity boppity boo Biden becomes President.

There's still a lot about Trump I don't like, MMA fight on the White House lawn? but considering the gauntlet he had to run the last 10 years, he didn't just survive, he is thriving.

Politically, he is hitting on notes that help my industry sector; that's what's important to me.
Im impressed with the story of it all, the political theater.

You think the democrats "orchestrated" COVID? What does that mean, exactly?

There's nothing ambiguous about my full quote...

Then they orchestrated and played up COVID, used the useless social distancing and masking other COVID fears to install the mail-in voting in certain key states and bippity boppity boo Biden becomes President.

Here's the definition of orchestrated, which of the 3 do you believe I'm referring to

orchestrated
adjective
  1. Arranged for performance by an orchestra; -- of a musical composition.
  2. Coordinated to achieve a maximal effect; -- of actions of a group.
  3. Arranged for performance by an orchestra.

National Surge: The total number of mail-in ballots cast nationwide jumped from 28.8 million in 2016 to 66.4 million in 2020, a 131% increase.

Quote:
largely due to the COVID-19 pandemic prompting many states to expand access to mail-in voting for safety reasons. According to data from the 2020 Survey on the Performance of American Elections conducted by MIT political scientist Charles Stewart III, 47 states and the District of Columbia saw increases in mail-in voting rates from 2016 to 2020. Nationally, 46% of voters cast ballots by mail or absentee in 2020, up from 21% in 2016.
States with Significant Increases in Mail-in Voting
The most substantial spikes occurred in states that actively encouraged mail-in voting, particularly those that automatically sent ballots to all registered voters, especially if they had limited mail-in voting in prior elections. Below are key examples of states with notable increases, based on available data:
  • New Jersey: In 2016, only 7% of voters used mail-in ballots, but this jumped to 86% in 2020 after the state mailed ballots to all registered voters.
  • District of Columbia: Mail-in voting rose from 12% in 2016 to 70% in 2020, also due to mailing ballots to all voters.
  • Vermont: The share of mail-in votes increased from 17% in 2016 to 72% in 2020, driven by new policies sending ballots to all registered voters.
  • California: Mail-in voting increased from 58% in 2016 to 72% in 2020, with all registered voters receiving ballots.
  • Nevada: The mail-in voting rate rose from 16% in 2016 to 52% in 2020, as the state mailed ballots to all voters.
  • Hawaii: Already a high mail-in voting state, Hawaii saw an increase from 50% in 2016 to 95% in 2020, as it fully transitioned to all-mail elections.
  • Utah: Mail-in voting grew from 70% in 2016 to 90% in 2020, with all counties adopting all-mail elections.
  • Pennsylvania: Mail-in ballots surged from 4% in 2016 to 37% in 2020, with 2.6 million mail-in ballots cast, a tenfold increase, after the state expanded no-excuse mail-in voting.
  • North Carolina: The state saw a significant increase in mail-in voting, though exact percentages vary, with a reported unprecedented surge due to expanded access.
  • Michigan: Mail-in voting increased notably after a 2018 constitutional amendment allowed no-excuse absentee voting, with 40% of votes cast by mail in 2020 compared to 25% in 2016.
States with Smaller Increases
States with restrictive mail-in voting policies, requiring non-pandemic-related excuses, saw smaller increases. These include:
  • Indiana: Limited increase due to strict excuse requirements.
  • Louisiana: Low growth, with only 3% mail-in voting in 2020 due to restrictive policies.
  • Mississippi: Only 18.5% of voters used nontraditional methods (including mail-in) in 2020, one of the lowest rates.
  • Tennessee: Minimal increase due to excuse requirements.
  • Texas: Small increase, with only about 7% of ballots cast by mail in 2020, as the state required excuses for voters under 65.
Context and Trends
  • All-Mail States: States like Colorado, Oregon, and Washington, which already conducted predominantly mail-in elections, maintained high rates (over 95% in 2020) but didn’t see dramatic percentage increases since their baselines were already high.
  • Pandemic-Driven Changes: Many states temporarily relaxed restrictions, mailed ballot applications, or sent ballots directly to voters. For example, nine states and D.C. mailed ballots to all registered voters in 2020, including newcomers like California, Vermont, and D.C.
  • National Surge: The total number of mail-in ballots cast nationwide jumped from 28.8 million in 2016 to 66.4 million in 2020, a 131% increase.
Notes
  • The data reflects a broad trend of increased mail-in voting, but exact percentages vary by source due to differences in reporting (e.g., self-reported voter surveys vs. official state data).
  • States with the largest increases were often those that implemented new policies, like mailing ballots or applications to all voters, or removed excuse requirements.
  • Rejection rates for mail-in ballots generally remained low, dropping from 1% in 2016 to 0.8% in 2020 nationally, despite the surge in volume.
For precise state-by-state figures, data availability varies, and some states (e.g., Arkansas, Missouri) did not provide detailed breakdowns. If you need specifics for additional states or more granular data, I can search further or point you to resources like the MIT Election Lab or the U.S. Election Assistance Commission.

furthermore....
In the 2020 U.S. presidential election, Joe Biden, the Democratic candidate, received significantly more mail-in votes than Donald Trump, the Republican candidate. While exact nationwide totals for mail-in votes by candidate are not comprehensively broken down in a single source due to varying state reporting methods, available data from multiple sources confirms a substantial partisan gap in mail-in voting favoring Biden.
Key Evidence:
  • Pew Research Center Analysis: In the 2020 election, 46% of voters cast ballots by mail or absentee, with 60% of Biden voters using mail-in ballots compared to 32% of Trump voters. This indicates Biden received a disproportionate share of the 66.4 million mail-in ballots cast nationwide.
  • FiveThirtyEight Data: In 15 states that tracked voting method results, mail-in ballots were heavily Democratic-leaning, with an average 65-point gap in 2020 (compared to 14 points in 2016). Biden won a significantly higher share of mail-in votes in these states, often by margins like 70/30 or greater. For example, in states like North Carolina, initial mail-in vote counts showed strong Biden leads.
  • State-Specific Trends: In key swing states, Biden’s mail-in vote advantage was clear:
    • Pennsylvania: Biden won 76% of the 2.6 million mail-in ballots, while Trump won 23%.
    • Nevada: 98.4% of primary votes were mail-in, with Biden dominating this method in the general election.
    • Michigan: Biden’s mail-in vote share was significantly higher, contributing to his 2.8% victory margin.
  • National Vote Totals: Biden received 81.2 million total votes (51.3%), while Trump received 74.2 million (46.8%). Given the higher propensity of Democratic voters to use mail-in ballots, Biden’s mail-in vote count likely exceeded Trump’s by millions, potentially accounting for a majority of the 7 million vote gap in the popular vote.
Context and Contributing Factors:
  • Democratic Strategy: Democrats actively encouraged mail-in voting due to COVID-19 concerns, with efforts to expand access (e.g., mailing ballots to all voters in states like California, Nevada, and New Jersey). This led to higher Democratic turnout via mail.
  • Republican Skepticism: Trump’s repeated claims of mail-in voting fraud, despite no evidence of widespread issues, discouraged some Republican voters from using this method, widening the partisan gap.
  • Blue Shift Phenomenon: Mail-in ballots, counted later in many states, tended to favor Biden, contributing to his leads in states like Pennsylvania and Georgia as counting progressed.
Limitations:
  • Exact mail-in vote totals for each candidate are not uniformly reported across all states, as only about 15 states break down results by voting method.
  • Estimates rely on surveys (e.g., Pew, MIT’s Survey on the Performance of American Elections) and state-level data, which may differ from official counts.
Conclusion:
Joe Biden received the most mail-in votes in the 2020 election, with estimates suggesting he captured roughly 60% or more of the 66.4 million mail-in ballots, significantly outpacing Trump. This was driven by Democratic voters’ greater use of mail-in voting, encouraged by pandemic-related safety concerns and expanded access in many states.

Whether or not they actually "orchestrated" it, remains to still be seen.

But what they did was....used Covid to pull off the greatest scam ever perpetrated on the USA/world by shutting everything down and forcing mail-in voting.

Where is the extra 11 million votes that Biden got in 2020 that Kamala didn't get in 2024?

I'll tell you.......they couldn't manufacture them in 2024 without mail-in votes using the Covid scam.

The America hating loser Dems should have just not cheated in 2020 and Trump would already be out of the picture.
