It's just a meme, Ultra, it's not like the cartoon Gammon will ever become an actual lawyer.

However, the legal trades would hardly be the only profession where there is a discrepancy in wages.

Take the building trades for instance, where im inclined to believe people make a far better living in the USA.

The fact is, comparatively speaking, the average wage here in the UK is s@it, and the cost of living is only getting higher pcm.

Yeah that sounded stupid but it's pretty obvious what he meant:

But reducing the US price of this drug from $521 to $45 would be a 91% decrease, not a 1,000% cut. If the president wanted to say that some drugs cost 1,000% more in the US than in other countries, he could simply say that; instead, he has stuck with the phony claim of a looming 1,000% cut.

There's scripts that cost 300%, 600%, 1000% more in the USA than they do in other countries, and he (claimed!) he wanted to do away with that somehow.
