Thought there was some very interesting reading in the articles below from Australian researcher Paul Dean about UFOs and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) - mainly concerning their seemingly contradictory claims that they have 'no present activity in investigating UFOs' or that 'no formal documentation' is created by them.

Continuing on from my last blog post, “NORAD And The UFO Smokescreen: Part 1”, I will carry on presenting evidence, in the form of declassified documents, that the North American Aerospace Defence Command (NORAD) has been heavily involved in significant, inexplicable and unexplainable UFO events since its formation in 1957..

Also brought up are the subjects of JANAP 146 procedures and CIRVIS reports as well as info taken from official government documentation involved in the SAC base flyovers and other historical cases - according to Mr Dean the documents 'establish that NORAD, even so long ago, was very much concerning itself with serious UFO sightings made by US or Canadian forces, and any claims to the contrary are absolute nonsense'.

This blogpost is the third in a series which aims to link, through official and documented record, the UFO matter with the huge North American Aerospace Defence Command (NORAD). For over 50 years, NORAD’s stance on so-called “UFOs” – and I don’t mean merely stray aircraft – is that they know nothing, see nothing and hold nothing on record. However, myriad US military documents prove that NORAD has not been entirely honest. In this post I will highlight two especially unusual occasions where they were certainly involved. The infamous Bolender memo also gets a mention (which really does seem to fly in the face of the US Government's claims that 'No UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force was ever an indication of threat to our national security') and for those interested then the video below featuring researcher John Greenewald Junior is also a classic and basically shows NORAD are lying through their teeth just by citing their own documents.

Bolender / NORAD?

“Moreover, reports of unidentified flying objects which could affect national security are made in accordance with JANAP 146 or Air Force Manual 55-11, and are not part of the Blue Book system.”

“However, as already stated, reports of UFOs which could affect national security would continue to be handled through the standard Air Force procedures designed for this purpose."

USAF Radar controller Michael Smith testifying that standard USAF operating procedure when you see a UFO on radar screen is to notify NORAD, not to write anything down and to keep it to yourself on a strictly need to know basis.

He also says NORAD informed him to lie to police officers who were reporting the UFOs by telling them they were not picking any objects up on radar (when in fact they were).

But is NORAD trying to keep quiet UFOs or not so stealthy projects? While they overlap, what is the purpose of the coverup?

Great question mate and I don't know.

If you follow the document link and info in the Greenewald vid then they were positively falling over themselves 'lying' to the general public and even the 20% unexplained rate from Bluebook did not account for cases that could affect national security.

Certainly looks like some of the most important files were never made public and UFOs were actively being investigated well after 1969 - if you really want to look into confidential reporting systems like JANAP146 (public disclosure of which is ten years in prison and 10,000 dollar fine) then the vid below with Paul Dean, Lee Speigel and John Greenewald Junior discusses modern day equivalents in military UFO reporting procedures involving NORAD and 'OPREP 3'

Rather convenient that NORAD is completely exempt from the Freedom Of Information Act..

"NORAD as a bi-national organization is not subject to FOIA. No search of records will be conducted.”

But following on from the remarkably timed coincidences discussed in the above video (see 4:10) involving Huff Post journalists and active deletion of CIRVUS UFO reporting info, Paul Dean goes into further detail below.

United States Air Force Continues To Duck And Weave Over UFO Reporting

There are some new leads regarding the mysterious removal of special UFO reporting procedures from official United States Air Force (USAF) doctrine. In October, 2011 Lee Speigel of the Huffington Post published an article titled “Air Force UFO Rules Vanish After Huffington Post Inquiry”.

OK so i have only read the OP, so my questions may have been answered by now, but here's my take.
Why is it that the 'declassified' films are so awful? Like the original film of what appears to be a duck, but due to parallax, appears to be flying so fast when it is not? Thunderfoot roundly debunked this on his YT channel, and to be frank, he is right.
Is this the 'evidence' that they are 'disclosing'?
And, TBH i have never liked Greer, he's like a used car salesman and no matter how sincere he seems to be, i cannot bring myself to trust him.
Same goes for Zach Sitchin, who by all accounts even admits to being a gubmint disinfo agent.
I'm sorry, but i want to see a LOT more films, in 4K quality, and much more analysis, before i believe any of it.
Not that i don't believe in aliens & UFO's, because i do. But what i am seeing here is not proof. The testimony of pilots etc, is a lot more believable, except in those cases where an 'experienced' USAF pilot tried to debunk Thunderfoot, but apparently, did not know what a parallax error is.
I would guess that a lot of this is intentional covering up the reverse engineered tech they have, and it's easier to shout ALIENS than admit we built it ourselves. In fact, i am pretty sure that's the case. But i will continue reading, maybe, just maybe i will learn something new.
My research team at PRC covered every aspect of this, there are clearly different types of craft in our skies, some are ours, some are not.

I remember that article. Peggy was the place to be, back then.

I mean it's quite obvious, even back then, that the official stance has been 'deny everything' while secretly scrambling everybody to find an answer.
"Not a threat to national security" LMAO they were pooping their pants.
Fun part is, when they did a test flight of a UFO out of S3 they did not even tell their counterparts over at S4, or NORAD for that matter.
So when S4 got a radar lock and were prepping to shoot it down, they decided to leave the vicinity at a high rate of knots.
They engaged 'ridiculous speed' & went straight up. As i would have done. The intense need for secrecy & compartmentalisation is actually harming them!
