Without independent investigation or allowing a civil lawsuit to go forward against the ICE agent, there can be no discovery or any real and probing investigation to prove self-defense or not. I think that ICE agent, and many others, are militaristic without any proper police training with civilians nor police training in how to keep themselves safe. It may be in this case this ICE agent just lost it and fell back on his militaristic killing mindset, which should alarm everyone.

It's not whining to point out your government judged the situation before any investigation was started, then did a cover up and are now hoping being silent about it will make everyone go away, just like the Epstein Files, well that isn't going to happen.

They are mostly trained in immigration laws and the rights of citizens pertaining to those specific laws, which it appears they don't follow in the many instances as those that I posted.

People are asking a Judge in Minneapolis to allow the civil lawsuit against Ross to proceed, as well as other protesters want lawsuits against certain other agents to be heard because the thugs sprayed them in the face with pepper spray when they were do their protesting thing and not causing any violence.
