As part of their new storm-trooper powers, ICE have transitioned to being a highly militarized force wearing armour, masked for anonymity, carrying automatic rifles, and in heavily armoured trucks, all of which they have consistently deployed inappropriately to situations in quiet neighbourhoods.

Ah yes ... a biased left wing foreigner pretending he knows about life in America and what is best for us.   Always funny.  

They are not 'storm troopers' nor do they have 'storm trooper powers'.   Hyperbolic loaded language.   And the reason they have to wear the bullet proof vests and helmets is because of people who think that they should be attacked and even shot at.   And the reason they need the masks for anonymity is because of people who threaten them.    ICE are doing their job and doing it well.   They are enforcing excellent laws that are necessary for the survival of America.
