More like both the officer at the hood that get hit after watching the officer physically interacting with the diver door where Good starting to move the car had reasonably to fear for serious bodily harm or death.

Where he got hit. After Good backed up then accelerated forward with malice and intent.  And after watching an agent interacting physically with the driver’s door where Good also endangered that agent’s life.

But sev­eral former law-enforce­ment offi­cials who reviewed the foot­age and spoke to The Wash­ing­ton Post faul­ted the officer’s actions.

They said the officer — iden­ti­fied through court records as Jonathan Ross, an employee of the agency’s Enforce­ment and Removal Oper­a­tions divi­sion — placed him­self at need­less risk, escal­ated the situ­ation and went against best law enforce­ment prac­tices dur­ing the incid­ent. Law enforce­ment officers should not pos­i­tion­ them­selves in front of vehicles, and they need to try to de-escal­ate con­front­a­tions and must gen­er­ally avoid shoot­ing into mov­ing vehicles, these offi­cials said.

“It was really an unne­ces­sary shoot­ing,” said Den­nis Ken­ney, a former Flor­ida police officer and a pro­fessor at the John Jay Col­lege of Crim­inal Justice in New York.

“If you’ve got time to shoot, you’ve got time to get out of the way, which we saw in this case. The guy was clearly able to avoid being impacted by the car.”

The agents told her to get out of the car.

She ignored the order.

The agents had her car surrounded, where an agent went to open the drivers’s door for an extraction.

Good to avoid apprehension decided to move the car then accelerate to avoid law enforcement and endangering the lives of the agents while one agent was physically interacting with the driver’s door.

As far as trump accusing opponents of lawfare???   If you were paying attention you’d know that is 100% fact.  They illegally spied on Trump and Senators among other “lawfare” gestures they’ve done, it’s been endless.

All US citizens (and many from other countries) are universally spied upon all the time by the NSA, and that data is shared to other agencies (State and Federal). Trump has even, twice, signed off on the unconstitutional legislation that allows the the surveillance under FISA. Trump doesn't care about spying on anyone else enough to stop it.
