New video shows officer's perspective in ICE shooting of Renee Good

He was at the passenger side when it started moving, then he moved in front as she started to reverse.  He has situational awareness I presume, so he knew she was leaving the scene, and he then moved in front of her.  He deliberately put himself in harms way when there was no need to.  That shows not just premeditated murder, but bad law enforcement tactics with no regard for his own safety.

It looks more like the car lined up on him and he was in front when the car stopped from backing up.

Anyway.  He we wasn’t walking in front of the car’s line of travel as it backed up because he was in front and in the opposite direction of travel.  She still accelerated the car at him after changing direction of travel.

Which way is she hard turning the wheel before accelerating forward?

Untrained thugs don't know what they are doing out there and are causing these deadly situations.

"2. The legal and policy boundary: imminent threat is the usual threshold for deadly forceMost departments and federal guidance permit deadly force against a vehicle only when the driver “poses an imminent threat of deadly force beyond the car itself,” and policies commonly say deadly force cannot be used solely to prevent escape or to disable a fleeing vehicle [sup][2][/sup] [sup][7][/sup]. Justice Department guidance and many agencies explicitly require that deadly force is justified only when no reasonable alternative exists, including stepping out of the vehicle’s path — in other words, officers are expected to avoid standing directly in front of a moving car whenever possible [sup][3][/sup]."

can a police officer stand in front of car and shoot

I watched the original videos on FOX News the day she was shot.  So, this guy says she was simply driving away? In the FOX footage she seriously accelerated the vehicle before ICE fired a round. The video had all sound. Actually she floored it as if she was at the drag strip. I used to drag race in college.

Look at the front wheel.  You tell me.

Funny facts that get ignored.
There are plenty of videos from the back left angle

It shows the tire spins, Ross draws his service weapon, the vehicle moves forward, he shoots a split second later, right before or as if he gets hit, 2nd and 3rd shots after

Look at the front wheel, its line straight for causing the SUV to go right at the agent while it accelerates.

The officer had reason to reasonably fear serious physical injury or death.  It’s a far cry from the stupid rants about murder or execution.

He was filming from the side when she started to back up, the widow was getting in the car.

If he wanted to be aggressive he could have banged on the side window and said get out.

Instead, he went full blown psycho.

The fact that he filmed it and shared it might make a good insanity defense.
