Are you saying you can’t see what’s in the video?

Well thats an angle I haven't seen before.
Yeah, she hit him. So gotta live with saying that she didn't. But I am not a republican, so i can handle being wrong. And so much for alternate realities and laws of physics.
But then again... He was obviously trying to draw the charge. It shows its an expected hit by his type of deflection. Maybe a hit that was unnecessary?
From that angle his first response was to move to grab the car like a person running away and then immediately fire instead of moving. Which means he ALSO has enough time to back away completely.
Even if real time.
I think if he had enough presence of mind to lean and brace, reposition your feet, and fire 3 point blank shots, you have enough time and presence of mind to avoid it completely if you want to.
He didnt WANT to let her go. He was triggered by her resisting his authority and trying to drive away. He had an impulse to draw the contact, restrain, brace, and fire.
This is role crazy pig boy shit, im telling you. Insubordination all the way.
And deep down, i think he WANTED to have to defend himself with deadly force as soon as they mocked him. Had even the chip of prior trauma and ongoing public abuse to add extra want to it.
Trust me, they're not blameless. They had their phone out too.. But that wasnt his only move, he wanted it to be his only move.

im really not feeling much empathy for anyone these days
maybe its the paracetamol
years of hearing leftists scream hatred and death threats to anyone who doesn't hate trump
fighting and ignoring any rule of law they don't like
someone said "it seemed like he didn't say now i have to shoot, he said now i get to shoot"
okay, he gets to shoot. should i have a problem with that?
maybe all leo should have hard lines of when they get to shoot, when they get to club, when they get to take down
and follow them without shame
to the maximum extent
these are anti-american terrorists
right?

Well you dont get shot on a sidewalk throwing legal angry protest speech either...
This pains me to say...
But they earned it as much as he didnt need to shoot her. But I prefer to focus on him. And why he wanted to shoot them as much as they wanted to start shit with him.
They wanted to give ICE shit. They wanted to vent their anger and start shit on camera. And in most realities, it really is suicide by cop to do that.
Just like Ashli Babbit was Suicide by Cop. And her family got millions. And (I've heard through grapevines) that she was such a bitch IRL. Prone to holding you hostage until you agreed with her angry paranoid ranting even if you didn't care.
Shoutout to The Sunshine Company Saloon.
But this is the reality crafted by the influence of Trump and what ICE does and how much this letter of the law xenophobic anti-outsider christian nationalism shit pisses many off. As much as "stolen elections."
"F*CK OFF, ICE."
It's easy to say, and then make martyrs out of someone who is also to blame for their death.
But as you said about empathy...
I think that applies to everyone involved, including the ones screaming from the side, and the ones throwing snowballs. Its mutual all around.
Unless you remain unaffilated and unemotionally attached and just watch.

by all means keep screaming
if you need to i mean
i dont even have schadenfreude for it not working
more just a detached curiosity
"when will they realize that we are not like the emotional enablers who respond to their tantrums?"
it is weird to see
they keep pressing a button that isn't connected to anything any more
expecting their headpats and cookies for their righteous groupthink
and so so angry when they don't come
the left turning further and further inside itself for the validation they require
"xenophobic outsider christian nationalism"
doesn't seem very christian to me
neither does the left
the nationalism is nothing new. listen to bill clinton or obama talk about americas role in the world. sheesh.
xenophobia seems mostly linguistic? there is a false liberal myth that other cultures actually want to adapt to move their tribal loyalties from the ethnic to the national or trans-national level. what you call xenophobia seems a simple realization that that isn't the case. thus the fallback to the rule of law mediating. that's not fascist.

I highly doubt he “wanted” to kill her. It was a split second decision by him and her and a very poor one by her. I think she thought she was untouchable and could do whatever she wants with no consequences , if I were to guess.
From what I’ve read she was gaslit into the whole anti-ICE rhetoric BS.
Why not point the blame on the people that created the problem. If potato head hadn’t let in 20 million people, we probably wouldn’t be having this conversation. If you voted for Biden and Harris you’re part of the cause and affect.

Oh BS. Its rooted in the same impulse and predilection to rally against difference and scapegoats.
The need for ICE sweeps is built on BS.
the invasion is BS.
their epidemic crime is....
The quotas are...
Are they targeted based on race?
No.
But the VITRIOL and hatred is NO DIFFERENT (at its root) than our history of needing an emeny within.
It is like how hating the Irish, Catholics, Germans, Italians, Polish, Japanese, Puerto Ricans, Black People, and Mexicans proceded "Gang Member illegals." Its all the same recycled "control mechanism of blame of a offensive group not wanted."
Like an instinctual preference for homongeny and seeking out threats to that.
It doesn't matter how it's defined.
It's "of latent unconscious prejudice" just the same.
That's what triggers people such as myself to oppose ICE and lump it with xenophobia. They are rebooting the shit we were trying to call out by trollishly reverting back to behavior we were trying to end.
Like the copy/paste anti-illegal dehumanizing hatespeech that might as well be ripped from the screenplay of American History X. That is a real trigger.
There's always 15 million problems in nationalism with a superiority complex.

lol not trying to spin you bs
why do you see it that way?
not saying i am some kind of 100 correct objective perspective on truth of complete situation
but really there are high crime areas with high crime culture that don't want to assimilate
no matter how liberal inclusive you tout as the one true way
look at the pictures of that poor ladies vigil and see how much the folks she saw herself as trying to protect came out to support her it is sad
ice is going after lawbreakers and among those there really are worst of the worst https://www.dhs.gov/wow
i dont think it is creating internal enemy to say if you want to be here you be here legally and we are starting with catching those who are here illegally and behaving illegally in other ways too
i think we would be multi culture but every culture has inside outside portions and the ones that integrate well to america are gentle and legal with their inside portions such as the korean spa i am allowed to respecfully visit. heck even nascar sells tickets to everyone. the ones whose inside portions are illegal are problem though, especially when they take over areas.
i am sorry liberal inclusiveness such as i once had has proven to be an ineffective tool for assimilating those who want nothing to do with outsiders other than to use them

And you believe that those are rights?
Again and again, ICE go into safe, stable and notably law abiding neighbourhoods, ones that have been safely and adequately policed by local authorities for decades, and every time, ICE have brought danger to the residents and even injuries and deaths. They do not "Protect and Serve" like other law enforcement famously do.

Apart from a complex in Aurora, CO and the scamming Somali rackets of Minneapolis, I dont see high pockets of failed assimilation and crime from immigrants.
I think its largely in your head.
I think its vitriol and propaganda to be force-focused on. I think its more fantasy than reality and other things, like income make more sense.
And that "worst of the worst" DHS crap makes my skin crawl. Just a flipbook of scapegoats to engineer "goosestepping" with, IMO.
Only thing universal to crime is poverty in my mind. And you cant necessarily equate immigrants in a lower cost neighborhood as the cause for the crime of that neighborhood. They could even commit far less than the other naturalized poor people there.
Have you ever been to Apache Junction, AZ and do you know how wonderbread and full of trailer crime problems it is (or once was)?
i will never believe anything but our lack of social welfare protection and gun control is the problem with the most destructive and violent crime pockets.
Yeah... I'm that liberal.... blame Michael Moore.
But I get told to face the problem of crime and offered a tub of "20 million" paper dolls. I get a false equivalency and told that is THE ONLY answer. Oh really.
Okay. But I still blame: Poverty and lack of social welfare.. Guns and lack of control. And cycles of passed on recidivism.

If the ICE agent's was in mortal danger of being run over, and if he was run over, they how the hell did he just walk away, uprightly and normally, showing no obvious injury at all?
