Probably to see through the front windshield to try and get a view what the driver is doing with her hands and cover the officer at the door.
That’s what happens when law enforcement goes to surround someone to investigate why they became a roadblock and are interfering with their duties.

Watch all the angles he does not draw on her till the vehicle's wheels were spinning, and it was heading towards him. He was so close it was 2-3 seconds to shoot, tires spin, vehicle lurches, agent has tick tick to decide draw and shoot
Here's her honking her horn for 3 minutes before the incident
“Just dropping her kids off at school.”
“ICE had no reason to approach her.”
“Just a scared mom.”
“A three point turn.”
“Legal observer.”
Goodbye, narratives. LoL

You tell me. I tried to find more on Moore and the “Story Is”. Seems CNN isn’t really pushing their Show he hosts.
That. And not all news segments get turned into YouTube videos. Where the piece seems it was on their regular news network. I remember a time you had to record shows on VCR if you wanted to watch it again.

Stephen Moore, a conservative economist and former Trump economic adviser, has appeared on CNN as a senior economic analyst and guest contributor.
Other CNN article: Cell phone footage raises new questions about ICE agent’s tactics before fatal shooting
That extraordinary footage, along with video shot by bystanders and a 3D model created by CNN of the confrontation, shows Good and her wife challenging ICE officers – but also raises new questions about Ross’s tactics and decision to use deadly force.

Law enforcement are very interested in your hands, and what you are doing in your car while that have you stopped.
So. Really.
If I get pulled over, I put the car in park. I sit with my hands on the steering wheel until the officer walks up to the window and looks in then tells me to roll down the window.

Her wheels were turned to pull away.
There was no intent to use her car as a weapon.
As I see it the ICE agent was the aggressor. Was he in his right? Probably.
Were his actions necessary. I don’t think so.
I posted the law and you “don’t agree”.
Seems you have a problem with the law, not me and not the people whose job it is to enforce the law.
Get it changed, leave, or deal with it.
As the law states, her intent is irrelevant.
She’s guilty of hitting that cop whether she meant to hit him or not.
The only difference her intent would have made is the time she served in prison.
She decided to forgo prison though so her intent is still, and will forever be, irrelevant.
She’s dead simply because she hit a cop with her vehicle.

You are moving goalposts.

Intent has to be proven in court.
Your turn.
Is that true. Look at the front wheel.
Look at the officer in front.

Cited this for the thread..
On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “The Story Is,” CNN Law Enforcement Contributor Steve Moore stated that the new video of the shooting by ICE in Minneapolis “leads me to believe that this was likely a legally justified shooting” and while he wasn’t ready to say whether or not the shooting was a justified shooting before the video, he now believes “a reasonable investigation will find that the officer was within the deadly force policy.
What is Law Enforcement Contributor Steve Moore getting right or wrong?

The window was open. Another officer waved her forward.
Another told her to get out.
Perhaps those agents would be happier doing the job in Iran?

While ignoring by moving the SUV she interfered with whatever the agent physically engaging the driver door was doing and endangering that agents life.
