I saw one local person on YouTube say it was in the neck but have been unable to confirm or find anyone else reporting this.

Being reported in "The Guardian" , "Huffpost", and " Forbes" as well.
Developing story, few details so far. That graphic makes it look like the bullet hit at least one artery. Not good.

It is being reported that he was shot in the neck, so unfortunately, it is looking like that horrific video is real.
