You still shouldlook for a HR lawyer.
I was not here.

It's not like anyone ever is going to read it, right? Report... don't record. It's for you... not anyone else. simplifies things a bit. Get offended when people accuse you of 'tracking' things, or 'them.' "This is MY diary. I don't care what you think!" "Go tell HR to refuse me the right to write down my thoughts." but if you abuse the privilege you will poison the well with your employers... (the most they can muster is "not on company time" which translates to "don't get caught") but trust me.... they won't explicitly say YOU personally can't do it without risking a lawsuit... but of course all that drama would just 'poison the well'... they could always whip out an NDA and negotiate for peace.... That happens on TV right?. there has to be someway to avoid someone losing there livelihood... I would never even ask my fellow employees to get involved, as I wouldn’t want them to be retaliated against, but I know enough fellow fired employees who are pissed at what s/v 3 did to them. I know things too! One imo wrongfully fired employees boyfriend came in one night and confided in me that they believe his girlfriend was poisoned while working here. I said “What, mouth dropped”, and he didn’t elaborate any further as a/v 3 walked up. Nosy thing she is, never working, always in everyone’s business. She actually told me she was upset that one fired girl still is with her boyfriend because she saw it on Facebook (mutual friends). Who does that? This is why I never have coworkers on my friends list! Nosy bitches!

Just coming out of the box as someone who knows nothing about these people, with all the description of them and the behaviours it seems like supervisor 1 started this mess.
My wife works in an office that's all women and there is so much unnecessary drama. There have been many people bullied and quit and cried at work because of the office manager. She is in her late 60s or so and just loves gossiping and talking shit behind peoples backs. Its really ridiculous. My wife wishes she had more male bosses to cut down on the crap. The owner (doctor) has her husband being the HR guy, but not the Office Manager, and he is pretty much a cuck. The word is sad but it fits.

my sister and son believe it was s/v #1 also. Which is a shame really because I protected her. I always explained to others she’s going through a hard time right now, which may have held them off from filing complaints against her. She also told me Tuesday night my Manager never spoke to her, even though he told me and s/v #2 he was going too! Honedtly, they don’t deserve my hard work, I work all the shifts nobody else wants or will do, night/weekends, I’m the top seller of credit cards, have recd many compliments and I always am helpful and friendly with the customers. So no matter what happens, I hope they get what they deserve!
