Here I thought you were in a triangle with your coworkers. Silly me. I was going to suggest that you should get all three of you together to work it out, instead of the she-said she said (sorry if I've used the wrong pronouns -- intuition suggests to me that both supervisors are female). I still think that may work. I have been in similar situation with two opposing supervisors before. It really pissed them off, but I got all three of us together to hash it out. I was fired three days later. I marched in protest in front of the noon roach coach, but it made no difference. I should have sued, but I was more carefree in those days, more than 40 years ago. My opinion is still that the only resolution you can get is to get the three of you together in a conference. You can't be expected to follow two leads.

When I was a customer service manager -- my crew individually thanked me for being able to talk to me about anything and not having it go any further -- gossip wise. I asked them how they wanted to handle the situation. Usually they said -- getting it out -- making me aware was enough. I think that's quite a compliment.
Heard from one of them after I left. He said the new situation was a cesspool of gossip and he had no trust in the new manager. I hope you can solve your issue without creating more issues. It can be tricky.

As s/vs they are expected to set the tone, two of them are extremely toxic and hate each other, but refuse to talk about it. IMO it is the Managers responsibility to address these problems, and he hasn’t. im sorry that happened to you! Nothing worse then working with miserable lazy people!

I am relentless critical of the bullshit that passes as "manager" in today's common "business" environment.
Was the 'forced' adaptation to social ideology fads, the endless jabber about corporate success, or maybe the 'comeuppance' that came with social justice part of discouraging actual leadership? Perhaps some managers just don't have a tool set that wasn't based upon coercion and threats... (Of course, why would they be hired in the first place? Two words.... social currency.) There is an institution that purports to affirm the capabilities of their graduates, offering them various prestigious levels of degrees and laurels... yet fully half of the managers I was forced to 'contend' with were morons... and the other half knew it and said nothing. As I said "corporations" breed timid managers. Add a new pressure - abject fear of weaponized social justice... where the accusation is as damning as the crime. Where everyone seeks to voyeur their way through this matter... (No judgment, I'm doing it too.)

i just realized everyone at work has checked the pizza place employees out using their work #, including the s/vs. So it seems odd I am being singled out. I once had a manager at Verizon pull us in for a meeting after the FCC passed the law to make it less if a monopoly to let other telecoms compete without the monopoly advantage. She asked us for ideas to stay competitive since we couldn’t charge over a certain amount for packages. I asked her what the cap was, and I told her come down 5.00, and she scoffed at me that was a stupid idea. Fast forward 2 months later, the office is called together to notify us she won a trip to Hawaii (with my idea). She immediately locked eyes with me. Bitch stole my idea and won a trip to Hawaii. I was pregnant at the time so I never said anything, but I’ll never forget it! I’ve seen my share of incompetent and straight up shitty managers! I do like my current manager, but feel he could’ve addressed these issues a long time ago as they’ve been going on the whole time! It’s constant and walking on eggshells at work shouldn’t be happening!

No, she said it when we were alone in the office together, and honestly I’m not going to push that.
It may have been just a compliment, it was weird though! My dispute is how come everyone else checked these people out using their work tel #, same old procedure, and why wasn’t I told not to by my Manager! Everyone checked them out! I did ask her do we need to question everyone who comes in putting in other peoples phone #s, we’ve had people use family members, friends #s for the sale price because they didn’t want to sign up? She couldn’t answer me. I use my sisters phone # at a certain grocery store so she can get the gas points, is that considered fraud. If they ever questioned us, we would definitely shop somewhere else.

Also, as we were leaving the office my manager said I’m going to have to write up everyone now!
I understand if that’s the new policy. Fine, I will follow the rules. It just seemed liked the timing was super sus, and going right to your employment is pending was extreme, unless their main goal is to let go of as many people as possible to lower pay for the newbies, which I have read online that is their MO. they strip the newly acquired companies, take out massive loans with interest, then go bankrupt, according to what I read online from previous employees of companies they’ve taken over! So no matter what happens things don’t look all that promising.
