On video, the take would be s/v #1 needs to be written up or let go.

You could tell without audio she was angry, she was flailing her arms and whipping around a box of cupcakes.  Her facial expressions clearly indicated she was mad.

we were literally standing there.  I was ringing s/v 3 out.  She come up to us hot and heavy.  It was obvious.

Now, having explained that.  I don’t want to see her fired.  I do care about her, she just hadn’t mastered self control.

s/v 3 is known for lying, we have all caught her, but she does it with no emotion, so people buy it til, others confess to what they saw and heard.

General consensus is the Mgr is too soft and won’t address the problem s/vs.  So here we are!

I am sorry, what is s/v?

what documentation do you have in regard to this, and yes work emails included?. If there is nothing in writing, they are just bullying you (the term "horizontal violence" is a term for workplace bullying you should search).

Your union should have a HR lawyer that will do an initial assesment
I was not here.

I had to learn the hard way.  I'm a very focused diligent hard worker (Autism runs in the family).  Could produce 3 times the amount of work as my co-workers in the same amount of time.  But I wasn't friendly.

In "days gone by" that used to be a treasured worker.  Not anymore.

Professional socializing is an artform.  I had to learn it.

So, if you're still employed, practice & observe the dynamics of your "office" environment.

Know who to know.  Who has "special connections".  Who to give a little more attention to.  Etc.

When you get home SCREAM.

I filed HR complaints twice against s/v 3.  It should be company record, however, my company was just bought out by an PEF so I really don’t know if they have record of it, but I imagine they should!

i could always band together with fellow employees who have been wronged by s/v 3.

unfirtunately no other written documentation as I just learned to tolerate it.

That sounds like something HR might be interested in hearing about.

I was taken aback by that, and didn’t like it either!

Do you have to reapply for your job?  If that position still exists.

I've survived 2 corporate takeovers.

Sounds like you're an "all around fixer" -- as I was.  Don't hold back on your capabilities.

Or that they've been watching you for some time.

I survived a couple of takeovers in my life:

an oil company (which I transferred all their records for them)

Bell Atlantic to Verizon

The last takeover where I am currently.

i never hold back? I give 100 % because I was raised right, and I love working!

The woman only said my employment is pending, and that I’ll be notified in 7 days!
