How much did he blow at Clear Channel during the last apocalypse?
"It's seriously for true gonna happen this time."
"I did my ancient interpretation of crazy Bible things wrong again."
He hasn't done an apocalypse prediction in a while. And it's such a biblical time for it.
For golden rules, I prefer do unto to others as you would have done to you + option for revenge when they don't. Definitely more Old Testament in that regard. (Exodus 21 23-27)
As far as any fourth books of law go..
Aleister Crowley was a sentimental wife-beating fruitcake hypocrite.
Whole quote: "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law. Love is the law, love under will."
So how does he line that up with never controlling his emotions, screwing everyone in sight, and doing a bunch of heroin?
That love is the law crap the Crowley people do backfires, just like it did for Crowley.
People will follow the law of love in their head, thinking it's all under the will of their passion, and they'll still end up in tears when their willed delusion comes crashing down. Sometimes after spending money on cross country travel. And in really psycho cases they'll blame the oblivious "love under will" for not sharing their solipsistic worldview.
And that's why that occulty crap is dangerous. People are delusional with their spirit and have a tendency to make things up to hurt themselves.
Like with any teacher, I think you should always see that the teaching is more important than the man or woman that is the conduit for the information.
Crowley had a lot of personal problems, but he created a system of attainment that does work, if worked assiduously. One may say he was mad with God, and I think in his later life he had come to terms with his own personal failings.
Many people also confuse the phrase Do What Thou Wilt, as meaning 'do what you want' which is not the same at all.
In this phrase, the Wilt, of Will, means to discover your True Will, which is the purpose and reason you were incarnated into this physical universe. We should strive to make contact with our Higher Self, or Holy Guardian Angel, in order to see all of our lives, outside of time, and to fulfill our 'mission' in this particular body.
Furthermore , if one is following one's True Will, it will ipso facto not interfere with the Wills of others. We are all stars, in the body of God, striving to follow our proper orbit, which should not impede other's orbits.

hmmm Mr Crowley...
Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa (1486–1535)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinrich_C...us_Agrippa
There has been 100's of people since Heinrich and many orders that sprung up. Every body has had a "Great Work" and it doesn't just start in 1486. Every now and then these get combined into a bibliography. Romans are classic here and the mix-up of Mercury, Odin, Zeus, Hermes, Lugh, Wotan, Woden.
Edit: Sometimes it was just great uncle Pete the killed a bear and the Roman legionary couldn't understand "Gnarh thhouest unlce Pete thast" and just filled in the paper work and stamped a coin with Mercury.
No problem Sirius, I hope you are working through your stuff to a peaceful and successful conclusion, whatever that looks like for you. Much of humanity never could understand anything on their own until they were able to learn to read and books were printed for them to figure it out for themselves.
As with Heinrich's many skills and experiences, all I was trying to relay to this thread is that I too straddle religion, spirituality, science, metaphysical and just plain old tackling life's challenges on a daily basis. Maybe I should write my 'great work'.

Funny you should bring up the haunting aspect because my children want me to visit them in spirit form after my death and I am refusing because I want to fly among the stars instead and not stick around here. lol

Late to the religion party, but the timing is impeccable after this past weekend... festivities? Yeah, we'll use that word.
Religion, faith, belief, and existence always seem to get tied into each other. Religion exists in part because of faith and belief, whereas faith and/or belief in the existence of something do NOT require religion.
Religion is predominately a control mechanism; while once based on the existence of faith and belief, it was contorted and twisted through the years to become lies and control - this is true of all major religions. It's my opinion that the larger the group of followers and believers, the larger the control mechanisms put into place; the grandiose and highly popular religions subsequently needing a hierarchal system to "function".
On a side note - just because you don't believe or have faith in something, doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

I think you have 'time' to do both !
My dad visited me and took me out of body a few times after his death. He was around Earth for a good six months after his death, but then all sense and sight of his presence went 'poof.'
And screw religions. boo. think for yourself.

If the double slit experiment is all it's cracked up to be, then not believing in something may make it not exist. But absolutely everyone would have to do it. lol
