We now accept it, that's why we have a explosion of it is ridiculous. We have had drag queens and sex changes for decades.

What specific type of research did they say is still needed?

No one is born into the wrong body, thats one of the stupidest things ive heard. If a man thinks he is a woman. There is something wrong with him mentally. If a woman thinks she is a man, there is something wrong mentally. It is impossible to be born into the wrong body. If you feel that way, you are not in the wrong body. you just got some wires crossed somewhere.

I was replying to the mentally ill part of your quote. Some people with gender dysphoria are assessed with mental illness, while others have no mental illness enough so that they would be denied hormone therapy.

You didn't skim it? Basically it says data is limited in every area. And that is probably because, this all just came out of the wood work in the last 5 years.

But based on the data there is. They have increased risk. And it looked to me like blood clots was a very high increase.

I wouldn't bank on that. We were told children weren't getting surgery. Come to find out they were.

My bother in laws wife was addicted to pills, any pills except birth control. He called one early one morning, she was hallucinating about pig people. So we went over there loaded her up and took her to the hospital.

They stuck her in the psych ward for 3 days. Until she came down off the hand full of Xanax she had took. She wasn't out a day and the doctor wrote her another prescription for Xanax.

I mean you said this has been going on for decades, so that data should have been flagged, a long time ago, right?

I probably did skim it, but that was a long time ago and my memory isn't what it was.

I also posted research which you told me you could not be bothered to read. So, what's the point?

I said we have had drag queens and transsexuals for decades. Just like we have had birth defects and sick children for decades. Abnormalities in humans occur naturally and unnaturally.

But here is the thing. When we have a explosion of it, science usually starts looking for a cause. I happen to live in a city where such a thing occurred.

Lots kids were sick and slow. They found a reason, lead. Then they had to find where it was coming from. They did. It was in the dirt, the place had built ships during WW2 and had run a lot of plating plants. Which contaminated the soil around where these plants use to be.

The solution was to dig 2 feet down and remove that dirt, in a large swath of the city. They did it in sections over a number of years.

But with the trans explosion, we are told this is normal, there has always been a explosion of trans people. but I don't know of a time in history of any such occurrence.

If you have a transgender daughter, growing facial hair and developing a deep voice as well as potential musculoskeletal development would likely cause more distress than your support could manage and cause lifelong difficulties and cost tens of thousands of dollars to correct the things that could even be corrected not to mention all the pain and time required.

If you are empathetic and supportive enough to allow your child to try socially transitioning without medical intervention other than counseling and indeed this results in improved outcomes and everyone is certain, socially speaking, not developing as your peers can also have devastating emotional consequences.

The thing is most of us didn’t develop as a peers did. I was slow to enter puberty I wasn’t the only one, it was embarrassing going to the showers after sports. I wish I was taller, broader shouldered with the looks and body of Brad Pitt. The funny thing is I faired quite well compared to others, who were called ugly and all the rest. Yeah kids can be really cruel.

The thing is you have to live and grow into your body, the people I admire the most are those born with disabilities that crack on and do the best it.

If we had the tech to give everybody the body they desired, the way our psychology works is people would just get more and more nit picky. The slightest flaw would be the cause of ridicule, or the other scenario is people would get bored and want to change their bodies to something else.

The fact is, we aren’t our bodies and we should never judge each other as such. This is what I’ve learned from people with disabilities, rather then dwell on your misfortune and let yourself and others emotionally beat you up over it, it’s better to embrace who you are and just get on with life to the best of your ability.

There were plenty of teens in my school who were gay or bi and changing their bodies wouldn’t have made them any less so, or transformed into the other sex and been accepted as truly the other sex by any cis person. But if you be yourself people will accept you as you are, if they don’t f@ck em.

Baseless, thats what I read and what I am told in discussions with PhD's some of whom who have degress in Genetic Engineering. So, what else is there to go on.
