Lawsuit: D.C. man detained for playing "Star Wars" song at National Guard

Oh okay, they have to have "reasonable suspicion", which I guess is pretty broad, and it's only in certain states:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

Anyway, here is an amusing protest/counterprotest tactic: play Disney-owned songs in the background when people are filming, so it gets in their audio track. Then they can't post videos to YouTube without 100 bloodthirsty IP lawyers descend in a screaming hoard upon them.

There is a problem with that. I have a karaoke app that can seperate out any audio. You can get the vocals or music separately. All you would need to do is replace the voice track back on the video without the  music. I don't think the Disney audio searches would recognize the songs then.
I know too much and question everything.
Does anyone know the minimum safe distance of ignorance?
Did anyone ask the monkeys how much fun the barrel actually was?

That is a pretty bad ass tool I would use it to make instrumentals from random shit and sample it in my own music. Whats the app called?

I believe where it gets messy is in "Articulate reasonable...."

Often contention is a matter of perspective....

(Body cams were supposed to address this directly... instead... well.)

Rather than improve and reform engagement paradigms... bring in trained "projection of force."

Perhaps it will be another tiresome media sideshow about "free speech."

DC's government has all the cards, don't they.
