Even if I read the whole thing why would I post the parts not about American involvement? That is the topic, no?
I fail to see how the colonial past is relevant in this discussion. I was just trying to be helpful, not sure why you have to be snarky all the time. Sometimes, sure. ...

Nope. I said they aren't being outwardly vocal about it. Russia and China are aggressive power-expansionist countries and absolutely want rare earth metals and the strategic area of Greenland. To say they don't would be naive.

Russia may want it but given their failure to take Ukraine I don't think they have much chance of taking Greenland

But they'd love the naval advantage Greenland would give them.
If they see an opening they'd take it and try.

So the Trump train can put a strain on China and Cuba. Ukraine has beds of minerials. Same as Greenland. Water is also a weapon. Iran is on the brink of revolution. Is that why Obama took out Gaddafi in Libya? They blew up the Great Man Made River Project. That water was to go to Iran also.

I think Cuba is the next to collapse and Trump could be setting up Putin with a Trojan Horse via Ukraine. Plaster inside Russia with drones but mask one big one for Putin on it and hes gone.
When you look at what mother nature has given in the world for the first time since WWII, all the chips are falling into the USA.

The United States abandoned its territorial claims in the area in 1917 in connection with the purchase of the [Virgin Islands]. Denmark assumed control of the village in 1937.
Knud Rasmussen was the first to recognize the Pituffik Plain as ideal for an airport. USAAF Colonel [Bernt Balchen], who built [Sondrestrom Air Base, knew Rasmussen and his idea. Balchen led a flight of two [Consolidated PBY Catalina flying boats to Thule on 24 August 1942 and then sent a report advocating an air base to USAAF Chief Henry ‘Hap’ Arnold. However, the 1951 air base site is a few kilometers inland from the original 1946 airstrip and across the bay from the historical Thule settlement, to which an ice road connects it. The joint Danish-American defense area, designated by treaty, also occupies considerable inland territory in addition to the air base itself.
In 1949, Denmark joined the [North Atlantic Treaty Organization] (NATO) and abandoned its attempt to remove the United States bases.
Construction for Thule Air Base began in 1951 and was completed in 1953
Thule became an Air Force Space Command base in 1982. The US and Denmark agreed to reduce the base to half its original area on 30 September 1986
In 2020, Thule Air Base was formally transferred to the [United States Space Force. On 6 April 2023, Thule was renamed Pituffik Space Base, reflecting its status as a Space Force base and the native name for the region.
"Pituffik"
I think i said something similar about 4 am.
After standing on a piece of the weans Lego.
On the way to the toilet.

Well, that's just hearsay really if you have no evidence to back up your claims.
The US at the moment is just as aggressive a power-expansionist country and absolutely want rare earth metals and the strategic area of Greenland even if Greenland don't want them.
