Greenland USA

Yeah, but "No" means "No."

And if you take something after being told so.

It's theft.

It was interesting in a kinda flat earth scenario.
Makes me wonder, Uri Geller stuff (I am not familiar with Geller) if there is a lot more going on

I can’t see the US sending in the military, kinda can but in a way the English invaded Greenland in WW2, gently.

What I have noticed is (outside of Epstein files) Trump doesn’t just talk, he does what he says he is going to do
Take it or leave it, I don’t have a clue. Sure would break NATO and I don’t think the US needs NATO now

Now thats something I can sink my teeth into... I dig theories that walk on the wild side...

Uri Geller most agree was a charlatan, but had his moment on the talk show circuit in the 70s and 80s, mind-reading, bending a spoon with telepathy, kind of stuff

This isn't WWII, unless Denmark approves, if Americans suddenly appear in Greenland in 2026, it's going to start some shit... BUT

on the wild side Greenland has a space base and military research base in Summit  IIRC

America's been in Greenland before

Sure.   But as far as we all know, everything coming out of Greenland is allowed to be taken out and is being paid for.

Now if Trump goes in and starts taking without permission and doesn't pay ... that's another story.

The real issue isn't payment versus non-payment, but sovereignty and consent.

The United States can already place military bases and equipment in Greenland, with agreements already in place.

No need own the place or make it part of America.

Same as there is no need to threaten invasion.

Again, Trump needs to learn that "No" means "No."

I don't think he'll ever understand that??

The whole situation is an embarrassment, Trump needs to learn how to think for a few seconds before he opens his mouth causing his 'Yes' men to all leap to attention.

From a security point of view, being a territory or state would be more secure.
Right now it's an open target that everyone wants.
I still go back to the skinny little guy in the prison yard.
Needs one of the bigger thugs to be the boyfriend to take care of him.
I know you disagree.   But that's what I think.
I do agree with you ... Trump needs to learn 'no' is 'no'.
But he's welcome to make offers in the mean time.
(as long as he accepts a 'no' if it comes in)

Imagine — if people stopped enabling Trump.

Hmm, you're misappropriating that saying.

In business, no almost never means no. "Do you want to sell your house?" "No." "What if I gave you £10M for it?"

If you accept that no means no, you are a horrible negotiator.

There would appear to be about 57,000 people in this metaphorical high-security Greenland Gaol or thereabouts.

As far as im aware.

The current temperature would seem to suggest the majority of them saying "No."

To the "do you wanna be in Trump's gang, Trump's gang, Trump's gang" question.

He's just not their type.

Again, they want more freedom and independence, not less, or more rule from afar.

They don't like long-distance relationships and seem to wish to govern themselves more than anything else imho.

But is not business.

It's geopolitics.

And Greenland is full of people as opposed to profits and products.

Granted, not many people, comparatively speaking, but still...people who call it their home.

And if you refuse to accept the fact that no means no in life.

You are probably on a list.

No matter which profession a person happens to be in.
