The LA Mayor and 31 or 32 other Mayors held a newscast to say that before Trump tried to free CA they were in complete control of their states. This is a contrived chaos to distract MAGA (which seems to be working as planned) from Trump's tremendous failings.
Trump, unlike the last president, is following the letter of the law. You come into this country illegally, you go back to where you came from, or at least anywhere but here. I know that's a hard concept for you people to understand.
Of course they said that, why would they admit to their people that they were letting their city burn down and plunge into anarchy as usual?

2.4 is good 2.1 is the sweet spot, you clearly don't understand.

Trump is on pace to have more spending and debt than Obama and Biden combined. That will be more in two terms compared to their three.
if the Big Beautiful Bill passes, that’s pretty much a sure thing. I don’t see how anyone could imply Trump improved inflation by spending more than any other president in recent history. Soon interest payments will be the number one federal expenditure.
right now, 20-25% of the national debt is from his first term. After this term it might be a third of the nation debt is from his two terms.
I for the life of me can’t see where the trope comes from that he’s some economic genius.

"The economic impact of ICE raids is multifaceted, affecting various sectors and communities across the United States. Here are some key points regarding the economic impact of ICE raids: - Latino Economy: The Latino economy, which includes over 5 million businesses, is significantly impacted by ICE raids, leading to a contraction in consumption and labor shortages in sectors like construction and agriculture. This has a ripple effect on businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs, affecting profit margins and stock market performance.[sup]2[/sup]
- Local Communities: Worksite raids can lead to localized economic recessions, as seen in Marshalltown, Iowa, where a workplace raid contributed to a recession for six months to a year. The raids also affect local businesses that rely on the plants and their workers, both as suppliers and as steady customers.[sup]3[/sup]
- Immigrant-Owned Businesses: Fear of ICE raids has driven reduced foot traffic at immigrant-owned grocery stores, vital cultural and economic hubs in immigrant communities. This fear has jeopardized food security and pressured grocery stores to adapt as fear reshapes shopping habits and local dynamics.[sup]5[/sup]
- Community Impact: The fear of ICE raids has created a ghost town in Morton, Iowa, where most people in town worked at raided businesses or have family that did. The sudden mass unemployment has affected everyone in the area, leading to a significant percentage of the customer base for many local businesses vanishing overnight.[sup]4[/sup]
- Protests and Resistance: Protests against ICE raids have been organized by community members, highlighting the economic and social costs of these raids on local communities. The protests aim to address the injustices faced by communities and advocate for a fairer immigration system.[sup]6[/sup] The economic impact of ICE raids is a complex issue that involves various sectors and communities, and it requires a comprehensive approach to address the challenges and opportunities that arise from these events."

lol, we'll be fine. You'll still be you and Trump will still be president. The days of slave labor for democrats is over. They can pay real wages to real Americans and all those jobs will get done.
