Self driving cars! Take that Google Cars! And news vans too. Fucking, LA. I realize they're pissed, most of California is pissed, I'm pissed, and there's a shitload of foreign born that are terrified, but they're just going to antagonize this and feed it to its desired end. Justification of more oppressive force.

THEY'RE DOING EXACTLY WHAT TRUMP WANTS THEM TO DO. He finally, after waiting through peaceful protests for the one he could use, got the one he could use. 

Now they're reacting, and justifying his authoritarian BS and furthering his call to be that wreched creature of textbook Napoleon Syndrome he always is. 

And now the angriest and most baited are going to start seeking martyrdom one molotov or stupid decision at a time.  And put some icing on his power trip cake.

I'm sick of being provoked, and I'm sick of other people acting like the LA Riots when they get provoked. I'm sick of THAT culture of provocation. The infinite feedback llop of sickness..

But I understand the anger. The culture this man thinks is great make my skin crawl. Makes me applaud the locals who surround and film unnecessary ICE raids of people who contribute to our city by paying payroll taxes, sales tax, and rent. 

Sorry, that's how we see it (mostly). Through the Californian spirit of the law, that doesnt care they jumped the line to live the dream.  

The meltdown LA is having doesn't help anyone.  It means more law abiding (except that one) illegals will be looking over their shoulder all shift.  And that's what we like now as a country, the culture of antagonism and fear of all outsiders.

Like, can I just get sent to East London, I've had enough sunshine, even have direct family there and everything. Won't be a hammers fan though.

I lament, In an alternate reality, we have a female president getting ready for the annual Juneteenth celebration and posting on a pride week branded X account how privileged she feels getting to attend such a celebration..

The LAPD chief said with today's violence, we may need to reassess the use of the National Guard...

There is no good reason to let 5000 people vandalize and disrupt a city of 13.5 million. The longer it goes on, the more frustrated and potentially violent it becomes

 it's OK, it's Monday, and all the violent and destructive protesters will have to go back to thier jobs where they are gainfully employed and pay state and federal taxes
