Feds to take control of 2000 Cali National Guardsmen for anti ICE riots

Not always accurate but there's enough to go on.

A 2019 chess piece.
I've been tracking the numbers since the beginning of Covid and here they are.

March [25], 2020 he declared a state of emergency.
November [23] halted in person learning.

August [23], 2021 he rescinded his executive order  mandating masks.

He replaced all [11] members of the Kentucky board of Education.

These numbers are Key Billy the Gates numbers.

Lol  So veterans and protesters at the protest agree with the protest, shocking.

It was 4-5 interviews, it's your favorite evidence anecdotal, they don't speak for all Americans, hell, they don't speak for all Los Angelenos.

These 5-6 thousand protestors at most don't speak for all of America.

If they did, the protests would be larger instead of fizzling out.

Locally, in our largest immigrant-populated county, over 1.5 million, there were a few dozen protesters at a shopping center I know very well. They had a few dozen show up, then it devolved into chaos after 20 or so wouldn't disperse after it was over.

They tried to loot but were stopped and burned a couple of cars.

Huge shopping center is predominantly immigrant-owned and operated, and has been since the 90s and these yutzes wanted too smash in and loot it and when they were stopped they burned cars and disrupted other immigrants livelyhood

You left out the LA officials actually on the ground and controlling everything. They all said everything was under control and they did not need The Guard.

Where's that emogee banging it's head against a brick wall?

You have even posted reports of +100 arrests to catch 5 ALLEGED criminals.

Lol  Those 5 ALLEGED criminals were from one raid at the beginning, the Customs-based raid... There are loads of other raids and arrests in LA ; give them a few days.FFS

My ignore button is getting worn out.

It's not that I don't want to hear opposing opinions; I prefer an actual discussion, the opposing viewpoints Im hearing here Im already reading about and actually discussing in depth elsewhere. DI just doesn't have that huge footprint, or maybe Im too plugged in elsewhere

A part of me wants to be convinced I am wrong, but Im not seeing it yet here on DI atleast. I don't engage with opposing voices to change thier minds, I just post this is what Im seeing and how I perceive the situation. YMMV

Here are the totals from ICE raids. This is an easily found fact, and if one were wanting a serious dialogue about the issue, they would know the exact totals, especially if that was the main point they were trying to convey in thier post.

First 100 Days of Trump’s Second Term (Jan 20, 2025 – April 28, 2025): ICE arrested 66,463 illegal aliens, with three in four (approximately 49,847) being "criminal illegal aliens" with convictions or charges for crimes like 9,639 assaults, 6,398 DWIs/DUIs, 1,479 weapon offenses, 1,329 sex offenses, and 498 murders.
Operation Patriot in Massachusetts (May 2025): ICE arrested 1,461 illegal aliens, of which 790 (54%) had significant criminal convictions or charges, including murderers, rapists, drug traffickers, and gang members.
Florida Operation (April 21-26, 2025): ICE arrested 1,120 illegal aliens, with 63% (approximately 706) having existing criminal arrests or convictions, including violent offenders, gang members, and sex offenders.
Los Angeles Operation (June 2025): ICE arrested an unspecified number of "worst of the worst" criminal illegal aliens, including murderers and sex offenders, but exact figures for total arrests weren’t provided.
Single Day Record (January 27, 2025): ICE arrested 1,179 people, with 613 (52%) considered “criminal arrests” for crimes beyond illegal border crossing.
First 50 Days of Trump Administration (Jan 20, 2025 – March 10, 2025): ICE made 32,809 enforcement arrests, with almost 75% (approximately 24,607) being accused or convicted criminals, including 1,155 gang members and 39 known or suspected terrorists

Were those 5 criminals even undocumented immigrants? I have a sense they were not.

That's like psychopath logic.

"Look what you made me do, California! Had you just done what I wanted in the first place, I wouldn't have had to beat you for it!"

No, Trump didn't use the tiniest opportunity to be a chest-puffing bitch again, he was forced to do this by LA's "democrat leadership" and sanctuary immigration approach that left the LAPD somehow incapable of handling a minor riot. Not even the level a Lakers championship riot.

That's the logic of this gaslighting agenda.  Not only must I applaud the shit Trump is doing, like using the military to police my state's civilian populations, I must blame my own state's actions for bringing it on ourselves and making him do it it?

"No, Fuck you" is probably the go to answer for that.

Is that not the run-down of that psychotic argument?

You might get 40% AT MOST to that submissive logic, but I learned a trick from MAGA.

Now whenever anyone contradicts Gavin Newsom or my states democrat leaders, I reverse criticism/accusation by any means necessary to make my side still righteous and the those who criticize my side as part of an evil agenda of lies and propaganda.

It has worked so far.

Why do you think you can riot when ICE is performing a legal operation, because you do not respect the law or this nation. This is twice in 6 months Trump has had to step in wipe y'all asses for you. The leadership of California is both incompetent and negligent. Impeachment proceedings should enacted.

Come on... this is a bit dingenious

Trump didn't send in the National Guard till the day after the ICE FEDERAL building was chaotically attacked, and the primary fear-motivating event was that Ambiance Apparel was targeted because of money laundering in a raid last Friday that included immigration tactics. It was a huge raid, LA freaked out, and the leftists unions mobilized. Is this not common knowledge in SanDiego

My point is that it is better to let 1000 criminals free than to lock up 1 innocent person unjustly.  That is the American Spirit I refer to.

Have you ever considered that American Spirit is why America as a nation tends to receive greater blessing than other nations?
