As mentioned in the video above - back in the olde literature 'livestock mutilations' were also attributed to Fae and the affected animal was part of a 'faerie harvest' which should never be touched or eaten.

Some weird goings on described below (link deleted) but not the first time I've read about mutilated cattle being discovered inside burnt circles on the ground.

About that time there were also several burned areas in farmer's fields surrounding the Air Base. I saw two of the circles. The burned circles were approximately 30 feet across and had a dead cow in the center. All the flesh was burned from the cow, but no blood was on the ground or apparently in the cow. Some of the cows had neat, clean burned out cavities in the abdomen about a foot in diameter, and a foot or so deep.

Obviously there are modern day unexplained factors like 'steamed clean' jaw strips and 'cleanly excised tongues' but did read that Fae enjoyed 'sucking the blood of cattle' (so that may explain the complete lack of it and ventral neck puncture wounds).

The small teardrop shaped abdominal holes through which inner organs are removed are also extremely disturbing and are covered in the presentation below.

Faeries were mistaken for real aliens since people had no concept of space travel or anything like that. Thou, 'them' were here all along. I mean, the connection is not real parallel connection to two distinct events but as we learn things about cosmos and visitors from other planets but exactly enterpretation of real alien ancouters with best reasoning relating that encounter to faeries or wizards or night forest dwellers, not spirits, but actual physical beings.
Today some of us are calling them 'visitors' from another planets

Appreciate the post mate and your opinion is definitely welcome and valid as any other considering no-one knows WTF is going on.

There are definitely multiple UFO parallels with 'folklore' across the globe (and across time) and many tribes describe these things as tricksters, mimics, abductors etc. which slip in and out of parallel worlds or sometimes have a foot in both.

Don't know if it's one impersonating the other or something else masquerading as both but certainly fascinating stuff and would say the parapsychological and metaphysical aspects should also be taken into account.

Thought this vid gave a good breakdown of how Vallee came to reject the ETH.

The sheer number (and variety) of close encounters involving highly strange, bizarre, illogical, pointless and often theatrical behaviour is discussed.

Also how many encounters appear 'nonsensical and symbolic' rather than 'practical and technological'.

Ok...there are parallels. But my point is, one is taken for another for a reason of not knowing much about space and realization of our place in it.
The explanation given from the time of encounters with gremlin or faerie is understood as the only explanation available back then in that time in history. Or do you suggest gremlins coexist with actual visitors from another planets. I find it highly unlikely. I might be mistaken. But if I encounter Faerie in deep forest, my first guess would be an alien with wings...))

Could well be mate and fair point well put - don't agree with everything he puts out but thought Steve Mera also made a fair point here about the ETH not being conducive for the thousands of different iterations (or archetypes) of UFO occupants.

Not the biggest fan of the 'extra solar alien' explanation myself and maybe not knowing much about spacetime (and 'realization of our place in it') could also be directly applicable to us nowadays - especially regarding quantum temporal shenanigans, shifted reality frequencies etc.

Obviously loads of different origin concepts out there (and could be loads we haven't even conceived of yet) but made this thread more to address the specific 'high strangeness' UFO occupant antics - hell maybe we've got all the hypotheses wrong or maybe it's all of them acting together lol.

Did see that Dr Hynek recognised (and maybe even introduced the term) 'high strangeness' back in the 1970's so wasn't surprised to see the scumbag pseudo-sceptics over on Wikipedia now actively deleting his work.
