I actually liked the guy when meeting him. He was very likable no matter who you were.
But when he grifts and placated to his bottom line that directly has an impact on others, then ya fuck him.

The poorest and dispossessed always have the higher crime rates. It's been fairly constant in all societies back before human history. Its easy to arrange that particular ethnic groups stay downtrodden, and then blame them for their subsequent response (Have a look at the treatment of non-white and low-income people throughout US history if you are in any doubt). And if there are health and poverty problems to be addressed in those communities, is addressing those problems granting 'privilege'?

Perhaps you have that backwards. The ones that commit crime are most likely to be poor and downtrodden. Mainly because they don't see how they are hurting themselves in society. 

They can't climb the ladder to succes if they keep sawing off the bottom part to sell for scrap even though they don't own the ladder.
