I've watched debates with him and others.  I do not like or support him in any way.

I grew up in an upper middleclass totally white Christian neighborhood.  I'm well aware of white attitude.

I don't agree with you on DEI --  we are still a very racist/sexist country.  The balance has not been leveled yet.

Maybe someday.

TBH in my interactions with minorities in society both personal and professional, we generally treat eachother with respect as human beings based on character and mutual respect for ideas and accomplishments, not skin colour. It seems like DEI policies do nothing except racist-ly focus on skin colour instead of character and achievement and therefore foster in some minorities more racist thought ,because they are based on skin colour.  It's a negative cycle. 
Therefore , like a lot of prominent black spokespeople have said, if you get rid of racist policies like DEI, America would not be racist.  In fact, America is generally NOT racist, it is pushed to be so by said policies.  Even way down in Alabama where my late friend was from, they may still use racial slurs but believe it or not it's mostly as a term of endearment or friendship, they were all in mixed neighbourhoods depending on eachother and hanging out. 
The governmental policies are there to fake unite, but they just divide. And I believe it's on purpose.
It's part of why MLK was shot- he believed in true basic equality, not equity.  Equity is human capital, ie usage and slavery. Everything the feds say is the opposite of the truth.

Antifascism is fine of course as a political idea, but that's just more doublespeak when you see their group methods are more fascist and violent than most so called alt right extremists.

Please tell me you understand that their moniker 'anti-fascist' is just that, a moniker.  It's like the Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea (North Korea). They are simply anarcho-terrorists that have been at the forefront of most major destructive "protests" where fires were set and cars turned over. They were hijacked by the DNC for a year or so until they realized they couldn't be contained back around 2020.

Antifa is a decentralized group of activists, most of whom are non-violent and some of whom are violent, who have one thing in common: Anti-fascism. Far from being just a moniker, it's the thing that unites the group. Of course there are some that identify as anti-fascist and are practically not that, but that's true of any group.

I would say that most ANTIFA fall into the anarchist category. Many are prone to violence and public disruption. Many are professional protesters, being moved around and housed wherever they are needed. I wonder whatever happened to the crisis actors after they got found out with that very sloppy media reporting. If they say they are anti fascist, they certainly act like fascists. BLM would be the same although I think there's less organization and financial support by the likes of George Soros and more honest desire to protest and disrupt neighborhoods. The anti Israel protests kind of have me perplexed. While the left did promote the protests and the reports of anti semitism were greatly exaggerated, that seemed to work together to create a problem where none existed. BUT... I can say this. many progressives DO openly oppose Israel now and there's an online push for MAGA to become anti semitic. But Trump is in bed with Israel foreign interests and protecting their operations that included Jeffrey Epstein. Its like a game of 3 card monte going on and you don't know just who the deep state is behind, maybe all three.
