It was advertised 9 days in advance.
No one outside the Kirk inner circle knew about it otherwise.
The Moosad wouldn't have known about it before that 9 day window.
They wouldn't have had time to get upset about Kirk asking a few questions.
(none of those questions raised to the level of 'do something about him).
They wouldn't have had time to find an unhinged patsy.
They wouldn't have had time to get him into a murderous rage.
They wouldn't have had time to train him and get the murder planned with him.

Since you can't prove that one of the most powerful intelligence agencies on the planet didn't have prior information then no, your point doesn't stand

You will have to argue those points with those that took offense at his rhetoric. My position or state of being in life wasn't demeaned by his rhetoric because I would never take him seriously, mostly due to his flawed non-academic debate style, repetititve rhetoric, and flip flopping on issues.

Stephen King misquoted it, but the idea was correct if one cherry-picks the right Biblical passge that Kirk was referring. Even if they try to sue him, it will be very difficult to prove defamation.

And the information coming out so far makes the most sense.
Mentally unbalanced person gets worked up by the left wing rhetoric and shoots someone.
Makes more sense then the Moosad got upset and found some patsy to shoot for them.
Kirk wasn't a big enough blip for the Moosad to bother with, IMHO.
And he was pro Israel up and then for few weeks or so when he asked some questions.
That's not a big enough turn around for the Moosad to get their panties in a bunch.
