That's kind of where i was going also.

I have to say no chance.

And even if you could somehow squeeze the thing in there at like a 45° angle.

There would be strange barrel-shaped bulges/protrusions at both ends.

I do hope the perp is caught all the same.

Yeah. Looks like a duffel with only the gun in it. It swings like something rigid is in and is very narrow. Hard to tell, but it looks like he is wearing the backpack.

The problem being most of the online polarization seems to be coming from domestic users Halfswede.

And several of your far-right media figures, like Jesse Watters, Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, and Jack Posobiec, are using militant language, declaring "we're in a war" and promising retribution. 

Thus, fanning the flames without even any sort of definitive evidence.

Im sure someone will be able to determine the exact make and dimensions of the backpack, thus if it could accommodate the barrel length.
