I have now scoured the internet for confirmed POI images and it looks like a man.  Every image not debunked by SightEngine I've checked is male looking, with a Veteran shirt on. 

I still feel it's still Transgender-adjacent. If not F-M (very doubtful) they sympathize with or wanted it to look that way.  They targeted him after a very smug answer to the question on transgender shooters. And he was hit as he leaned back with a look of accomplishment on his face. 

I've seen the very graphic video. It's up into his voicebox. It appears hatred of the answer he gave timed the shot. 

My final bet:

20 to 30 year old male
No criminal history
Miltary training or military family
No manifesto​​​

And maybe a literal Manchurian Candidate... because China always benefits when we tear ourselves apart in paranoia.

Are you really saying that you've never listened to a Trump speech? You've never heard any speeches from Republicans? You either don't know what they say or you support their rhetoric. Thanks to the Supreme Court, Trump has the authority to direct ICE to detain individuals based on their race or color, yet you don't recognize that as hate? What about the ongoing attacks on a marginalized community, labeling them as child molesters or groomers? And what about the relentless assaults on another group, namely Muslims? The head honchos in the UK told the Muslims to play nice for awhile and leave the young British girls alone until they can jail enough of the whites for thought crimes.

OK from what I have read the rifle was a bolt action rifle (thank god not an AR) chambered in 7.62. The shooter has been tracked from the top of the roof to where he dropped off the rifle and continued to flee. From what I have read it was a center of mass shot that hit Charlie's body armor and the round was deflected up into Charlie's neck area. The Chicken plate armor worn in Vietnam had a ceramic plate over an aluminum plate all covered in cloth. There were occasions where a bullet could strike at such an angle the the ceramic turned into shrapnel going through cloth and hitting the person wearing the body armor . By the way Charlie was dressed he had the new Titanium sort of body armor which can deflect a round rather easily IMO.     

The rifle and even the few remaining rounds of ammo had pro Trans statements written on them ... Evidently the shooter was a Trans radical and if this is all true, many  news sites will probably not be reporting this .

Well, I did say semi-debunked, who knows, some sources claim it's definitely Skye, and others seem more suspect...
