Why do we need to see the autopsy?

He's dead.

A leftist killed him.

This is one of the most high profile PUBLIC assassinations in recent memory. It's pertinent. Especially, if he was wearing body armor. That would help us understand the threat he realized himself.

I actually thought the same as you when I first saw the videos - Spinal cord severed. 

However, many pages back in this thread, I posted a screenshot of his shirt flying up in the direction of his neck where he was hit. It made no sense. Unless, he was wearing body armor and it ricocheted into his neck. Effectively hitting his aortic valve and traveling through the brain.

He could have easily planned a hiding spot and laid in some supplies to lay low.  If the issue is trans maybe he changed gender appearance more skillfully than the Highland Park shooter.
