TMZ obtained chilling video that shows a man dressed in all black matching the description of the FBI's person of interest hobbling down a residential street Wednesday in Orem, Utah at 11:49 AM ... heading toward the Utah Valley University campus just a couple of blocks away.

Remember, the FBI has said the individual arrived on campus at 11:52 AM.

Okay, this is getting weird. We now have 3 separate people with black ball caps, jeans, black long sleeve shirts with similar logos, and white tennis shoes. Here are the other two.



Which isn't the same dude in the other photo. And his tshirt is very similar but not the same - missing the American flag. Now, you just posted this photo. Which appears to show a dude in very similar clothing - but with a grey beard and more color to his hat.. This is appearing to be heavily coordinated.
