Hi,
Flight data recorder info will likely be revealed
here on the Aviation Herald first
Meanwhile...
It's hard to believe nobody thought to do this way to come up with, perhaps, a presumptive cause of the crash.
I can't post this to the Aviation Herald website 'cause they require 200 Euros to join the website, and I've no need to cough up that amount of cash. If any of you belong to AviationHerald, you might consider posting this on it.
...
We know that at least 3 or 4 unlikely events caused it.
(1) Dual engine simultaneous flameout at certain altitude
(1) (a) Contaminated fuel
(2) No flap take off
(3) Premature flap retraction
Suggestion that nobody thought of.....
787-9 Simulator
Set the simulator for same airfield, same density altitude, same weather, and same weight and balance, and gear staying down.
Note the exact distance from runway end to crash site.
Simulate the last minute (or seconds) of nose up attitude before the crash.
Then run the simulator thru each of the above situations, and see which of the situations matches the exact distance to the crash site. And then, simulator pilot, ask yourself why some innocuous website user thought of it first.
