"Central to the investigation is Austin Tucker Martin’s apparent preoccupation with the latest disclosures related to the Jeffrey Epstein case. According to TMZ, which cited text messages sent to a co-worker, Martin had grown increasingly animated about the Epstein files and what he believed they revealed about elite impunity."

I hadn't caught that little titbit. That certainly makes the shooter's motives less of a mental health issue and more likely anger at the possible cover up of an elite group of abusers.

Dr. Katherine Horton presents a different perspective to the situation. Whatever really happened, there is more to the story that is being presented.
Is this story going to be spun like the guy that shot one round in Comet Pizza that just happened to hit the hard drive in a back room? The media backed off the story after that.

I tried telling someone just the other day that anger is building over the lack of accountability
They laughed at me

Well, it appears as though you were correct.

You still have to be a little nutty to have the Epstein thing get you so worked up that you take a gun to go shoot the President of the United States. That's a rather intense thing to do.

Quote:Family of man, 21, shot dead by police at Mar-a-Lago express disbelief: ‘We are big Trump supporters, all of us’
The 21-year-old man shot and killed by Secret Service agents after allegedly attempting to break into President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home in the early hours of Sunday came from a family of “avid Trump supporters,” according to a relative.
The FBI confirmed the suspect was Austin Tucker Martin, who entered the premises at the resort’s north gate armed with a shotgun and a gas canister around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
Martin’s cousin, Braeden Fields, told the Associated Press of his disbelief over the incident and described the family as “avid Trump supporters.”
“We are big Trump supporters, all of us. Everybody,” Fields, 19, said, but added his cousin was “real quiet, never really talked about anything.”
“He's a good kid,” Fields told the outlet. “I wouldn't believe he would do something like this. It's mind-blowing.”
He said Martin worked at a local golf course and would send money from each paycheck to charity.
“He wouldn't even hurt an ant. He doesn't even know how to use a gun,” Fields said.
It does seem to have a very odd vibe to this.
It appears that the whole family were Trump supporters and reported their son missing the day before the incident.

The DOJ and administration have managed to make the Epstein files release look very much like a cover up, even infuriating some in the 'MAGA' movement. It's also given the impression that those who enabled Epstein have gotten away with their crimes.
Maybe he blamed Trump for this??

If that were truly his motive, Trump would be only one of a long list of people to blame for it.
Just seems like another name on the list of people who have aimed to assassinate Trump. The more people that are made "famous" in this type of manner, the more people will continue to try.

He could of been the perceived 'head' of the problem.
In my opinion, the political rhetoric Trump uses does seem to attract people who want to assassinate him. He has a habit of firing up both sides of the political spectrum.
