So, are you suggesting that it is valid to just make up whatever we want, because the dataset might possibly not include absolutely every instance?
What about the vast majority of instances where the data was captured?

Incidentally, how many of you foreigners are voting to liberalize the immigration laws in your own countries, so 20-30 million could skid in from Latin America or Somalia and start scamming the public aid system for billions?
Let's hear it guys. What are you doing to shoulder your share of the burden while scolding us?
Your daft claim stacks multiple false assumptions one on top of another.
Firstly, most immigration to Western countries is legal and regulated, not "20–30 million" people suddenly "skidding in."
Second, evidence from my own nation, the US, and EU, consistently shows immigrants, are more likely to work, and pay taxes, than to commit benefit fraud.
Thirdly, public aid costs are a small part of our budgets, a lot of migrants tend to end up contributing more over time than they receive.
And that's especially so in your own nation.
Where many of the poor sods pay into social security and medicare programs they will never be able to use or claim.
Immigration policy is made by our respective governments.
Not by random gadgies online.

All of this just one week after he got his rib cracked doing a similar thing.
That time he wasn’t armed.
What made him think that having a pistol would improve the results of his next encounter?
Dumb****ery.
His ideology got him there.
Nobody else.

You can't shoot someone execution style because someone touched you, or impeded on your work. That's never been the law.
You might get away with it because of the situation, but that doesn't make it OK.

How. Would. I. Know.
Do you understand. There is supposed to be literally scores of “legal observers” that are supposedly documenting things like ICE supposedly chasing down families. Is there a place you can watch the up loaded videos. Where is all the resultant evidence if ICE is acting like the gestapo? You think the news would be airing new footage every night.
Added. There should be scores of lawsuits filled.

This is what I see...
100,000 bots applaud, promote, share, and deploy "some utterance" ... that utterance becomes 'currency of coolness.' It's same with memes. (Actually, it applies to most all entertainment 'content' now - stats are out the window.)
Observing it demands no apologies, it's just there for all to see.
By all means, I never meant anything other than "carry on."
I applaud all DI member content - with special emphasis on "DI members."
Many of us remember what it meant to "have a place" where we're not "fed" news and thoughts.
For those members who think so, this can be what you make it... not that place.
We're only now starting to finish 'germinating'...
We do still have many lost members to make that offer to, and many new members who tire of whatever the hell it is that other sites do out there.
It never concerns me when a member disagrees or challenges any notion of mine, (or even only an opinion)...
in fact, that is the whole point of the exercise for me...
If we were not that place, what would DI be?
We would be someplace else.
Just keep posting here, but I have to ask, do you venture out elsewhere across the "World Wide Web"?
DI is fairly tame in comparison to X.com, Reddit, Discord, etc.
I probably block more right-wing content than left-wing content on those sites, whereas here on DI, I turn the heat on the repetitive content regardless, in hopes it will limit my exposure to botulism.

There's nuance involved here, for "many", it's not that it's being done, more how its being done. Obama manage to deports lots of people without armed goon squads..at least not like we are seeing.
As for being a foreigner, I live in your "51st" state, your dear leader like to proclaim about. F that disrespect right off the bat!
And no, not really a fan of my govts out of control immigration policies ..over the last 5 years in particular. Our population has increased by well over 10% in 4-5 years with no regard to infrastructure(big problem). So, not a fan of my govt either. So, I do do get trying to get a handle on things, but this is not the way..imo.

Here are the facts based on US Supreme Court Cases and why cops can, have, and will shoot unarmed suspects to DEATH, and it remains legal.
Yes, even if they had a license to carry a firearm, just like Alex Pretti.
Bottom Line Up Front
If an officer reasonably believes a suspect is armed or poses an imminent threat, the shooting can be constitutional, even if the suspect turns out to be unarmed.
U.S. SUPREME COURT CASES
Tennessee v. Garner (1985)
The court held deadly force is unconstitutional UNLESS the officer has probable cause TO BELIEVE the suspect poses a significant threat of death or serious physical harm.
Graham v. Connor (1989)
Under the ruling, the reasonableness of a particular use of force must be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, NOT with the benefit of hindsight.
Factors include the severity of the suspected crime, whether the suspect poses an immediate threat, and whether the suspect resists or attempts to flee.
Plumhoff v. Rickard (2014)
In this case, the suspect wasn't even armed! He was driving at a high rate of speed in excess of 100 mph after fleeing a traffic stop.
Once the suspect and his passenger were cornered and attempted to flee, officers fired 15 shots into the vehicle. Killing both the driver and the passenger.
The court ruled officers reasonably believed the suspect posed a deadly threat.
Kisela v. Hughes (2018)
An officer shot and killed a woman holding a knife who refused several lawful orders to drop the knife. As the woman moved closer to a female bystander, the officer shot and killed the suspect.
Alex Pretti was a dumb chump who thought his ideology was above the law and armed himself before committing felonies and ultimately suicide by cop.
He had, just a week ago, gotten his rib broken in an altercation with cops.
That dude was spiraling.
