At least four people are dead, and 12 others were injured overnight in a shooting in Leland, Mississippi, at a downtown event taking place during Leland High School homecoming weekend, the city’s mayor told Fox News Digital on Saturday. 
Leland Mayor John Lee said he had no information as to the identity of the shooter, who has not been located as of Saturday morning. He added that, "justice will be served."

My area (N Texas) just saw/seeing a very violent trend right now of road-rage ending in shootings, parties ending in shootings, DV calls ending in violence.   Seems there's a deadly crash almost every night on the highways.

Yes, just this past week.  I totally get it though. I've often held the door or showed mannered courtesy when in public and received a completely dismissive response and yes, while I wanted to say something, I held my tongue and remained content in knowing that their life is probably based on entitlement via actions that I, a working-class taxpayer take so that they could consume with nary responsibility or accountability.    That's probably a different thread topic lol

Four men have been arrested in connection with a mass shooting in Mississippi that left six dead and at least 20 wounded during a high school homecoming weekend celebration, officials said.

Three men — Teviyon Powell, 29, William Bryant, 29, and Morgan Lattimore, 25 — have been charged with capital murder, while Latoya Powell, 44, has been charged with attempted murder, according to the FBI’s Jackson Field Office.

Elsewhere in Mississippi, two people — including a pregnant woman — were found dead Friday night on a high school campus in Heidelberg, a small town in Jasper County. The shooting occurred after Heidelberg High School’s homecoming game, officials said.

Another shooting unfolded Saturday evening at Alcorn State University in Claiborne County, where three people were shot and one died, according to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation.

You have to read between the lines. 1) TV news coverage only from Fox News, 2) Newspaper article from NY Post, 3) Anodyne wire service articles from AP and PBS, 4) No real detail given, motive described as "senseless" and "personal dispute", without further curiosity, 5) Overall dearth of suspect or victim photos.

Add it all together and what do you have? Black-on-black crime.
