Thats usually us but we have had a bad storm season this year.

I am surprised we didn't have a new member join over the last few days, who had a wild story of the comet being an alien space ship coming for them, and they'd been hiding amongst us till now. They'd only got a day to tell us the end was coming soon'ish!!
I was really looking forward to reading that, it would've been like the good old days on ATS!!! ![]() I'll just give the comet a wave tonight instead

I was hoping that you would get some great visions as it is now heading to away from us. All of our hopes of 3I/Atlas being a hidden ship, we will never know!

Well, at least today, Spaceweather.com is more concerned with the Crashclock in regard to all the immediate orbital entities, than 3iAtlas. Which is as it should be. If the comet has an EBE payload, it will take some time to discover. If it doesn't, then, 'bye!' thanks for letting us study your mysterious self!! Bye!!

For anyone interested in viewing recent images:
"The Virtual Telescope Project will share a livestream of the comet at 4:00 a.m. UTC on Saturday, or 11 p.m. ET Friday, after cloudy weather prevented a Thursday night streaming opportunity, said Gianluca Masi, astronomer and astrophysicist at the Bellatrix Astronomical Observatory in Italy and founder and scientific director of the Virtual Telescope Project." Virtual Telescope's WebTV - The Virtual Telescope Project 2.0 I guess it's now scheduled for 11 p.m. tonight (UTC) - it may be tonight? Anyway, keep an eye out for it if you care to.

Try clicking on the "If you don't see a live stream/video, click here...click the here part. It will take you to a Dec. 4th page, but then click on their channel icon after subscribing (which is just like making a donation) and the livestream reads 'upcoming' with people waiting. I'm not sure why you think a livestream of today views of the comet would be on right now as the Dec. 20th livestream isn't streaming anything right now? People in the chat are getting impatient. Isn't 23:30 UTC, 11:30 PM? It's streaming from Manciano, Italy where it is a little after 1:00 AM there right now, so yes depending on where you are in the world (Americas) it should be streaming by now (?) I'm not sure what's going on here. Such a shame if it is cancelled again. Scroll down the page to Dec. 20th after subscribing.
