He wants to delay vaccines for infants in Guinea to test for "neurological impacts." The US is essentially risking newborn lives to run medical experiments in the third world based on quackery.

RFK Jr.’s Tuskegee Experiment
Did you even read the info from your "source"? RFK JR. is not delaying or withholding anything from anyone, he is simply studying the affects of this withholding on the people.
From your "source"
Quote:Guinea-Bissau has decided to launch a universal birth dose of hepatitis B vaccine for all infants in 2027.
I must have missed the part where RFK Jr is part of the decision that Guinea-Bissau made to withhold that vaccine for a year......

"Kennedy recently funded a $1.6 million, 14,000-person study in Guinea-Bissau set to begin in early 2026. Investigators will divide 14,000 newborns into two groups. One group will receive the hepatitis B vaccine at birth, as recommended by the WHO. The other group won’t receive the vaccine until 6 weeks of age, a continuation of the woefully substandard care that has put so many children in Guinea-Bissau at risk. Because it is unethical and cruel, this study could never be performed in the United States."
The experiment intentionally denies newborns the vaccine at birth to compare effects. Y'all really rush to defend anything huh?

Guinea is the one denying their children this vaccine, there is nothing Kennedy can do to change their mind. He is not a part of their board, so he is studying their shortcomings.
The only thing your article got right was "this study could never be performed in the United States.", simply due to the fact that we would not wait a full year to give a vaccine that we already have and know that works..... I mean FFS they gave the CVOID vax to people before they even tested the damn thing
Can one see ethical concerns with this study, sure. If this country is so dead set on waiting a year to give this vaccine, why not see what the long term affects of their actions are going to be? Why not be able to show this government how messed up it is that they are pushing this off for a year, when they could easily do it now..

He authorized spending to exploit a country not having the resources to meet WHO standards to study fringe anti-vax theories. Using the country as a lab instead of helping prevent the spread of a lethal disease. You people are fuckin ghouls man I stg

This has nothing to do with them "not meeting the WHO standard". This has everything to do with the simple fact that they did not act when they were supposed to, and refused to ask for help when they realized they couldn't.
Then tell us, what is Kennedy supposed to do?
Is he on the board of Guinea to make the decision to not withhold this vaccine?
What are you going to do to help those kids? Mr. Holier Than Thou

Use the allotted money to help rather than exploit the potential deaths of infants to push a fringe agenda. Not exploiting their population was on the table to begin with. You don't have to defend EVERYTHING they do. Good god.

Just a helpful tip, this goes a little easier if you use the quote button to respond.....
Where have I said that I agree with what is going on in Guinea?
What is that money going to do if they already refuse to give the vaccine until this time next year? Give them more money to refuse care to newborns?
What "fringe agenda" is being pushed by studying the shortcomings of another countries government decisions? Isn't that how the entire world does it? They see a country do something that doesn't work and then they don't do the exact same thing.... Kind of how there are only a few countries that still think communism is a good idea, everyone else realised how retarded it was and moved on to better things.

1. Use loaded language like Tuskeegee
2. Focus on the human with the idea, instead of the idea itself
3. Conflate studying of another country's absence of care with the country running the study, withholding care
4. Insert partisan language and emotional appeals and stir
= irrational kneejerk hate for nothing
These are the people that say 'trust the science' when they don't even have proper reading skills.
Key sentence in the whole sloppy blog = 'a continuation of the woefully substandard care that has put so many children in Guinea-Bissau at risk.'
