Hehe I think everything is about balance. 

I eat exactly what I want to (candy and everything), and I am very healthy, but that's because I also eat my vegetables.

A part of a healthy life is also to enjoy yourself with good food and wine or whatever floats your boat.

Just don't go overboard with anything!

I think as many of us get older and start having weird health issues we wonder why.  Then we start seeing behind the curtain and we know why.  I spent most of my life believing that drug companies were in labs working hard trying to find cures for things  to make our lives better.  I believed that the government was made up of truly noble individuals that wanted to make America a better place to live but now I realize that most of it is all controlled by large corporations and many of them tie back in to the pharmaceutical industry which also ties into the petroleum industry.  There is no money in curing people.  If you cure someone you lose a customer.  If you cure the common cold for instance.  There is a complete isle at walmart that would be gone and all of those companies would be out of business or at least those product lines.  If we rid ourselves of tooth decay thats an even bigger isle and then all of the dentists would have nothing to do.  Overweight people are a HUGE cash cow, no pun intended but its eye opening when you look at the difference in the ingredients of like foods in other countries.  We have so many more things in our foods that others do not.  Why?  What purpose do they serve other than to addict us to that food or make us want it more than the next one but at what cost?  When the FDA was created and everything had to go through them to be released it basically stopped us from ever looking for natural cures for things again.  We started relying on one rich family.  The Duponts I believe to manufacture drugs for America.  It was pay off to the administration at the time and it changed all of our lives for the worse.

Kennedy Jr. advised parents of newborns to “do your own research” before vaccinating their infants during a televised interview in which he also suggested the measles shot was unsafe and repeatedly made false statements that cast doubt on the benefits of vaccination and the independence of the Food and Drug Administration.

Mr. Kennedy made the remarks to the talk show host Dr. Phil in an interview that aired Monday on MeritTV to mark the 100th day of the Trump administration. He said, as he has in the past, that “if you want to avoid spreading measles, the best thing you can do is take that vaccine.”

But Mr. Kennedy also made clear, as he has in the past, that he believes it is up to individuals to decide. In suggesting vaccines are unsafe, he contradicted decades of advice from public health experts, including leaders of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In the episode of Fringe the Sci Fi TV show last night, Dr Walter Bishop had a mental breakdown in the supermarket reading the ingredients on the box of toaster pastries.  SODIUM BROMIDE?! A KNOWN CARCINOGEN?! THIS IS A HOUSE OF DEATH!

That was a great tv series.  I watched it when it aired originally and again later.  I have it on my plex server right now.  But he isnt wrong.  I follow a british guy on tictok that comes to the US for long trips and him and his buddy try American foods and they talk about a lot of these things are banned in the UK.  They say our snack foods and drinks like twinkies and mountain dew taste way better but they also point out which ingredients are completely banned in the UK.  It makes you absolutely wonder why.  Why would it be banned while we are allowed to give it to the masses?  Its crazy how many extra things are in things like cereals, snacks and drinks.  We have in some cases double the amount of ingredients.
