I can design an absolutely safe aircraft. No danger to the passengers, crew, cargo, those on the ground. That is while in normal operation. There are still a slight danger to some during manufacturing and delivery. There would be no fire danger, no hydraulic failure danger, no human error danger, no loss of electrical systems danger. Pretty much no danger at all after delivery. It would be a rectangular block of steel reinforces concrete, solid, stable, made to order. Too heavy to be moved accidently, too stable to fall over, too high to climb on and fall off without really trying. 

I also have several cures for all diseases and conditions. Unfortunately they are 100% fatal in all cases but totally effective in eliminating all symptoms. 

You are living in a fantasy world if you think anything can be 100% free of danger. As long as humans or machines that can fail are involved, there will be risks. 

The only thing with 100% guarantee is something will fail sooner or later.

I said I will listen to the Boeing long-term veteran engineers who care about public safety who are trying to get the truth out there about the profit over safety mission of that company. Right now Boeing is lagging behind fixing the problems...it's not that important, obviously. "Flying coffins" is how they describe some of the planes.
