It's political moves for those minority votes, which are decreasing steadily as this administration moves forward with unpopular political policies.
Again, as to the topic of this thread pertaining to transgendered women competing in women's pro sports, there is not enough information out there, yet, for a consensus on whether or not every single transgender person has an unfair advantage. Right now, there are conflicting studies...and other studies are few and far in between.
