The tried and true scientific method for determining if a male has a physical advantage over a female is. Have a female punch you in the mouth, then have a male punch you in the mouth. See which one knocks out more teeth.
Actually a kick to the balls will determine if someone is male or not, I realise it still hurts women but not as much as their tackle is on the inside.
