We have known for years now that those "Soul Cooking" cultists have been going off about how they only fake the cannibalism, but all the evidence pointed to them actually eating humans. 

Heck, even one of the known buyers at the time for aborted fetus' was a member of that one Soul Cooking woman that pals around with Bill Gates. (I can't off the top of my head remember her name due to it being a weird one, but it starts with a "M")
