Yes in a country of 340 million you are going to have native crime in all categories, this isn't news.

It is a travesty of justice to prosecute the innocent.

ICE are arresting people who are genuine US citizens and based upon the fact that they look slightly South American, even if they aren't. That is systemic racism, not enforcement of law.
