He made a quarter of the country flee with his socialist policies. Venezuela has had the highest murder rate in the world for years. Has had the highest inflation for years. Power outages on daily basis throughout the country. Kilometer lines for empty supermarkets. Brown water coming from your water tap. Sure he was popular among the small group of Chavistas who got free gas tank passes, handouts and simple jobs.
