For a real diagnosis he has to be evaluated by a medical doctor 
who he goes to and they do an exam and evaluation.   And that
medical doctor can't be someone on the internet, or some relative,
or some armchair partisan person on the internet.    It has to be a
disinterested medical doctor with no agenda and who evaluates him in person.

That's a diagnosis.

Like I said, I'm sure he's got a few psychological issues. 
(obviously).   But it can't be said that he has been 'diagnosed'.

Honestly, haven't you noticed that he loves and fawns all over Xi or Kim or whomever one minute, then totally hates them the next? There is no such thing as a "meh" response from him. There is no loyalty to anyone, ever. It's because in actuality, he feels nothing - about anyone!

Sure.  But you DO need a doctor to officially 'diagnose'.  
And that can't be someone on the internet or some family member.
It has to be a disinterested doctor/team that meets with him and
