I won't pretend we can create a world without crime or corruption. Tell that to your citizens that can't afford healthcare or drugs and to the foodbanks that are at the status of 'disaster response' operations. Shouldn't you be helping your own first?
"Although the vast majority of Americans are insured either by Medicare, Medicaid or a private plan, a growing share say they’re struggling to pay their bills as deductibles continue to rise, often outpacing wage growth. Almost half of U.S. adults are worried about their ability to afford health care next year, according to the POLITICO Poll for November, with nearly 1 in 5 saying they found health care very difficult to afford. The poll of 2,098 U.S. adults was conducted by Public First."

So Obamacare wasn't "Affordable" under the Affordable Care Act, thanks for supporting what we've been saying.
You are now MAGA-lite.
You must develop the ability to be disliked in order to free yourself from the prison of other people's opinions.

That’s too funny. I’m on disability and receiving the best health care I’ve ever had in my life. I just had reverse rotator surgery in Aug and had a total hip replacement surgery 2 days ago all paid for by SSD including meds, Dr visits and a home nurse and home pt trainer, didn’t cost me one red cent. People having problems are most likely full of it.

Health care insurance used to be optional, now it's mandatory. When your younger you don't really need it I mean insurance is kind of a scam from the get go. The real problem in those days is they could deny a person with preexisting condition from healthcare insurance and that was their motivation to make it mandatory. As soon as it became mandatory that's when the prices of medicine and procedures skyrocketed because once you say government subsidies that's when they can set the price bar higher then the average person can afford. I would like to see those prices come down and I've heard that is in the works but I'm not holding breath. We should be helping our own first but we've always helped others first, always have. I guess it's part of our quirkiness.
